We used to live at this property. Excellent location and a wonderful property. So quiet and the pool and Jacuzzi are on the cliff! Amazing.

Fantastic

We loved this property!! The beach was right there, walking distance to local shops, places to eat. The house had everything we needed from beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards for our teenagers to use at the beach. Would recommend this property to anyone and will be back for sure!

Great location, cute place!

Excellent location, not as many stairs as places we’ve stayed before. Reasons to choose this place is the beach is fairly private, so it’s not overly crowded. There is a lifeguard on duty….great location for surfing and playing in the water.

Family Holiday

I stayed at the Condo with two of my sons. Great condo, very comfortable and well equipped. Fantastic location, just a short walk from lots of great spots. Nice pool and hot tub with access to an awesome beach. Matt and Amy are brilliant hosts and I would highly recommended the property to anyone, we had a great vacation. Clive

Lovely home, great owners!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. So close to the beach, we watched surfers from the balcony while we had meals. Pool area is a great spot to watch the sunsets. Public beach access is right next door. Nice and uncluttered interior. I was a little worried about the lack of A/C, but the breeze made it a non-issue.

Brilliant Condo with ocean views

We had an amazing stay at this lovely condo. It was clean, bright and spacious. There was a ocean view from the main bedroom and the outside terrace. Amy was very communicative and provided clear instructions. We loved that it was right by the stairs to the beach, giving easy access to the ocean. We also enjoyed the pool area, with more amazing views. It was a great place to stay, thank you!

Great location with incredible views

We had the opportunity to stay at this condo for several days and it was awesome. The two bedrooms, two baths was very comfortable for our family. Several steps out the front door and down the stairs was an incredible view of rolling waves and amazing sunsets. Solana Beach had several great dining locations we enjoyed after days visiting Legoland, Safari Park and downtown tourist attractions. Amy was an outstanding host providing us all the information we needed to access the property. We would absolutely look to stay here again for future trips to the San Diego area.

We found a gem and it was worth it!

This was our first vrbo experience and it exceeded our expectations. The condo was easy to access, in a great location and clean. Lots of little beach worthy details in the decor which were fun to discover. We enjoyed the beach access, pool and the sound of crashing waves to lull us to sleep every night. Tons of fun places to go near-by. We are locals and live a few cities inland, so we knew the neighorhood well, but still found some new spots to come back to later. We would highly recommend this condo, it was a perfect fit.

Just Right

My husband and I stayed eight days at this listing to celebrate his retirement. It was CLEAN, quiet, relaxing--just what we needed. We loved walking on the beach, watching the sunsets, and sipping our morning coffee in the hot tub. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, however, if you don't like stairs, this might not be the right spot for you. We have stayed in Solana Beach before, so we knew what to expect, but it is 150 stairs between the apartment and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Amy is very responsive to all communications. The condo is very nice and very homey. Kitchen is very well equipped. The complex takes a minute to find your way around but once you do it is very easy. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean. Near enough to SD but far enough away to be be away from city. The longer I was here the more I really enjoyed it! Thank you!!!
