My place is one block from the beach and very close to HB pier restaurants and shops. You’ll love my place because it is bright, stylish and in a great location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families.
This wonderful home is in the heart of Hermosa Beach and caters to a calm, friendly atmosphere. Have your morning coffee on the balcony or enjoy the bright open-floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining spaces.
This is a home and not a party palace, hotel or typical rental and therefore there is a zero tolerance policy on parties. If the cops are called you will be asked to leave immediately and the deposit will be forfeited.
What you'll love about this home is the location (1 block from beach), light airy beach feel and amenities! You will have access to laundry and 2 parking spots. (Half of the garage is reserved for owner storage. Surf boards are NOT available for use.)
We want your stay in Hermosa to be as memorable as possible. Like most homes on the coast, windows and fans are used as opposed to traditional AC. So when you've opened that window to invite the cool ocean breeze in at night, please keep in mind that neighbors are close by and can hear your conversation. Sadly, this means that you may also hear the neighbor’s noise. No loud music after 10 p.m. on a week night and 10 p.m. on a weekend and please no smoking indoors.
Please note that 2 of the bedrooms face Hermosa Ave. The windows are double pane, but you can still slightly hear the street traffic when they are closed.
As this is a monthly rental, you will be required to engage the cleaning services for three of the weeks and pay them directly. This is NOT included in the price only the exit cleaning is.
This home has fine finishes. If you are not used to these, this is not the home for you.
Do not flush feminine napkins, baby wipes, large mounts of sand or other abnormal items down the toilets or drains. If the pipes backup you will be charged for the blockage removal fee and not returned any down days.
We supply basic necessities covering the first week of occupancy such as toiler paper, soaps, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
