Kids will enjoy a custom bunk room that sleeps 6 and includes a sectional, smart TV, Xbox, and movies for an added space of kids to hang out. If you’re planning an adult getaway 2 of bunk beds are full beds. There is a second master suite on the second floor that features a king bed, couch and smart tv and attached newly renovated bathroom. The home is bright, airy, and spacious. There is also a pool table for added fun, sunroom for extra gathering space, and large outdoor deck overlooking the golf course. The home also features a large open kitchen perfect for gatherings and plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen allows every chef to feel right at home. The house has 2 refrigerators (one located in laundry room) and plenty of seating with the large dining table and 4 additional bar stools to accommodate 12 guest comfortably. This home is beautifully decorated in coastal decor to take you straight into VACAY mode! The home is approx a 9 minute walk to the beach near boardwalk 9 and 15 minute walk to the Seabrook Island Club. The home also offers a lot of the kitchen essentials, brand new beach chairs, beach wagon, tandum bike and addtional bikes, cooler, umbrellas, and beach toys. Bring your swimsuit, we try to think of everything else! Amenity cards included. These cards will give you access to the oceanfront pool (seasonal), Pelican's Nest Oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House Restaurant, and golf and tennis. The Amenity card covers all guest staying in the home and only one card is needed. If you need additional cards they must be requested AT LEAST ONE WEEK prior to your stay. The exterior door of this home has a ring doorbell with camera to ensure proper house cleaning services are provided to guest. Footage remains private and in no way infringes upon the privacy in this public area. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Seabrook Island is a gated community with endless activities that include tennis courts, fitness center, equestrian center, indoor pool, outdoor pools, biking, playgrounds, and beautiful beaches. Our family fell in love with the natural beauty and wide spread beaches that never seem to be crowded! You can also visit Bohicket Marina and admire a beautiful sunset while having dinner at the Salty Dog Cafe. They also have live music most nights then hop over to the ice cream shop! Freshfields Village is a bike ride away and features several retail stores, dining, and a grocery store. Charleston is just 40 minutes away if you want to enjoy some of that southern charm. You will fall in love with the island and keep wanting to come back!
