Private enclosed patio with beautiful views. Newly-added workspace including a desk, chair and monitor! Fully furnished unit with everything you need for your stay, including - wifi, cable tv in living room, flat-screen smart TVs in all rooms (with fire tv on all TVs to log into your personal streaming services), in-unit washer/dryer, beach/pool towels, fresh linens, dishware, etc. a select number of shampoo and conditioner, K-cups, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods also provided to get your trip started! One covered parking spot included, and ample additional parking for a second car and visitors, and is professionally cleaned between every rental.

STAY LIKE YOU OWN THE PLACE! If you book our place for a minimum of 29 nights, included with your stay is a transfer of our owner membership to you! You are entitled to all of the benefits of membership for the length of your stay; including unlimited golf at the Arthur Hills designed 27 hole championship golf course (cart rental fees are the only thing you pay, around $25-30), 8 lighted tennis courts, several resort style pools and satellite pools, spa, fitness center, basketball court, billiards room, full service restaurant, tiki bar & more!

FOR THOSE WHO BOOK LESS THAN 29 NIGHTS - you will only have access/use of the condo and the satellite pools. There is a satellite pool located just down the road to the left of our condo tower.
