Guests have access to the entire upper unit, except for the owner storage area. There are no shared interior areas.

We provide starter supplies to begin your stay (not intended to last the entire visit), including:

・Quality bedding and bath linens
・Beach wagon, chairs, towels & toys
・Starter paper goods and trash bags
・Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
・Laundry & dishwasher pods
・Basic cleaning supplies

Kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, foil, and spices may be available. Guests are asked to replace what they use and housekeeping does not inventory these items.

Important Details & House Rules: To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, please note:

Booking Requirements: Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a link to our secure site to sign our Rental Agreement, provide a government-issued ID, list the names/ages of your party, and place a $300 refundable security deposit hold. A personalized digital guidebook is sent after this is completed.

Check-in/out: Self-check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late departures. Arrival info is provided 2 days in advance.

Peace of Mind: We include $500 of accidental damage coverage (must be reported during stay) for your protection.

Prohibited: No smoking/vaping, no pets, no unregistered guests, and no parties/events. We maintain a strict "No Glitter/No Dye" policy to keep our villa pristine.

Security: Exterior security cameras present and interior noise-level monitors are present.

Pool: HOA may, at its discretion, turn-off or restrict pool heating due to extreme weather or occupancy.
