Property was great for the location and accommodations for multiple families. There were some small things that were broken such as a cabinet drawer, missing smoke detector and a few lights that wouldn't work. The management company said a few time s they were sending someone but no one came. This didn't impact the stay but was not the best service.

Since your stay, the smoke detector has been reinstalled and tested; the drawer and lighting you mentioned have been checked, and the way visit updates reach guests during a stay is being improved as well. Perfect for family

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was fantastic and the property handled six couples beautifully. Amazing views from the balconies, great kitchen and nice parking. We had a blast!

The perfect place for a large group

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Avant Stay property. It was clean, well appointed, and had just about everything we needed for the entire stay. The entire house was actually a lot bigger than expected and everybody had nothing but good things to say. Beds were comfy, everything worked, and the water pressure was amazing too! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future!

Great House in the Hollywood Hills

Great neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Centrally located. You can see Griffith Observatory from the back deck. They film General Hospital next to the back yard. Loved it!

Not quite as lovely as pictured

The house suited the ten family members who were gathered for a son's wedding in L.A. - lots of space which included bedrooms and baths for each couple and two grandsons. It was as clean as it could be when we arrived, but we found the property to be quite tired in general. The rugs were stained as was some of the furniture, walls were marked up and there were cigarette burns on the outdoor cushions ..quite disappointing after looking at the photos online.our Also, we found it was missing some basic amenities (we had travelled from the east coast for our five day visit). There were no writing implements (not a single pen or pencil or pad), no scissors, and no bar soap (as advertised on amenity list - we would have brought some due to allergies to gel). Although the website encouraged entertaining with its variety of dining sites, there were no placemats, napkins or matching flatware/dishes/glasses. Luckly we only served pizza one night, but it was a disappointment. All that being said, we think it was fairly priced given the space and neighborhood.

Excellent property. Very clean. Communication with property management was simple and timely (though this was rarely required since the place was as advertised).
