1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit Vollbad, im Wohnzimmer zwei ausziehbare Sofas und Vollbad. Ein weiteres Vollbad in der Nähe des Wohnzimmers. Die Küche ist möbliert. Die Reinigung erfolgt mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Waschlappen. Die Schiebetür führt auf den möblierten Balkon, von dem aus Sie den Blick auf den Strand und die Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Das Wohnen in unserer Unterkunft umfasst die Nutzung von Innen- und Außen-Whirlpools und -Pools. Im Winter ist der Innenpool beheizt. Hat einen Geschenkeladen und eine Bar auf der unteren Ebene. Das Gerät befindet sich im 1. Stock, es sind also keine Stufen zum Klettern erforderlich. Das Parken erfolgt direkt vor dem Gerät. Auch ein Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Viele andere Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind BI-LO und Kroger sind in der Nähe. Etwa 1/4 Meile zum Garden City Pier und Downtown. Liked amenities and murrils inlet

Everything I wanted was there. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool in and out. Two hot tubs, inside bar and shopping with a small brunch lunch spot. Would definitely go back….

Just steps to the beach

Our 1st time in Garden City and it did not disappoint. We had a lovely stay in this first floor condo and we've never been closer to the beach. The condo is a bit dated and could use some upgrades but it was very clean & comfortable and the access to the beach was so easy. It was great to be on the first floor and just run in & out when needed. Unpacking the car was a breeze. The pool & patio area was nice! Lots of nice families with small children around (this was not a "party" place, thank goodness). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again.

Nice but worn

Beautiful beach front with great deck, pool and hot tub. The unit was clean but worn. Some finishes were good but others needed major attention. The sliding door to balcony was worn out and hard to open and the bifold doors at laundry were falling off. The vanities also needed attention.

Great little getaway place!

This was a last minute getaway trip for us from our home in NC to just relax after the holidays. This condo is prefectly sufficient for two people (more with two pull out couches but no privacy there). We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the little bar downstairs was a great little hangout in the later evenings when we needed it. Ms Atkins is a super nice host and very accommodating!

We had a BLAST staying at Leigh's place. There will definitely be future stays booked. Place was exactly as advertised and Leigh was very responsive to all questions and concerns.

Great experience

Overall we had a great experience in our weekend away! The location was amazing right in the beach overlooking the water. First floor so easy access from the parking garage which had plenty of spaces to ensure you're close and your car is safe. The resort was nice with a indoor outdoor pool (it is all one pool!) And two hot tubs one inside and one out. A great deck outside the bar/restaurant to look out on the sand and sea. Minor notes would be there are no FOOD items stocked (seasonings etc) and we could not find trash bags. No issue with it just want to prepare others. Truly we had a great time the host is mostly responsive and is very helpful.

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed the stay as we usually do. The only thing the bummed the kids and us out was the hot tub and swimming pool was closed because of the hurricane that happened a year earlier. Would of been nice to know that in advance, but no big deal. We have stayed in the same place 2 years in a row and next year will most likely be 3.

The property owner was wonderful to work with. The condo was beautiful and our view of the ocean was amazing. The pool and hot tub were down due to renovations but the owner made it right with us and we will definitely be staying here again if possible.

Loved this beautiful condo. Convenient first floor location made unloading and loading the car a breeze. Just a short walk to the Garden City Pier and the Conch Cafe. Would love to stay here again.

Waters Edge Condos Management left us hanging

When hurricane Ian was coming into the Myrtle Beach area the management staff of Waters Edge left a day early and put a note on their door saying "In case of emergency please call a certain number and that they would return on Saturday." They NEVER informed any of their guests that the main drive parking entrance would flood and that they did not have pumps to pump it out, so alas we were stranded in our Condo. Even the emergency stairs had water rising on them that made them inpassable. There was no mandatory evacuation so we thought we would be ok. However, when we found out that the Condo Mgt. left us without telling anyone about the flooding parking area we were in complete shock. Thankfully we had provisions, a lot of people did not. Then we get another notification telling us that they are cutting off our water due to a busted sewer pipe and it could be 24 hours or less before it's back on "sorry for the inconvenience" Well, that was the straw that broke the camels' back! First, we are left without warning about the garage flooding, then we are left stranded in our condo, then they cut off our water. Waters Edge Management thought only about themselves, NOT about their guests. It proves to me that it's a typical business with no care for the people they are supposed to care for as their loggers. AGAIN, NO EVACUATION WAS EVER CALLED FOR BY GARDEN CITY, SC, OR THE WATERS EDGE CONDO! They just left us there to fend for ourselves without warning. with no way out of the condo to get food or provisions, we were literally trapped. NOT GOOD and BAD MANAGEMENT on the part of WATERS EDGE!

We really enjoyed our stay at 103 water's Edge.. Leigh was very easy to communicate with. Wasn't sure about staying on 1st floor.. but we felt like we were sitting on the ocean. Very convenient to load up car straight out the door to parking garage. I thought the condo was very spacious. We will definitely stay again

Wonderful place to stay at the beach

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to all our friends. The place was clean, convenient to restaurants and shops and a great ocean view to enjoy. We hope to stay again in the future.
