Rest well in a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed beside the hallway bath, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility and incredible views of the marsh. Guests have full use of the condo, balcony, and pool, plus free parking for one vehicle and simple self-check-in with keyless entry. Only 1 vehicle is permitted and must have a parking pass displayed at all times. Towing is strictly enforced. Pets are not permitted.

Please note that this condo is waterfront on the marsh, so the surrounding area may experience flooding during heavy rain or high tides. Your safety matters to us, so please watch for SCDOT signs nearby, which provide current notices, detours, and helpful guidance.

The pool area opens April 1 and closes November 1.

The rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking for a seamless check-in process.
