・Living/Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, dining for 6, and a large lakefront deck with outdoor dining.
・Guest Bath: Full hall bath with tub/shower combo.
Upper Level:
・Master Suite: King Bed with ensuite bath (walk-in shower).
・Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed (perfect for a small family unit).
・Living/Dining: Recently remodeled luxury kitchen, dining for 4, and an elevated lakefront deck with comfortable lounge seating.
・Guest Bath: Full hall bath with tub/shower combo.

⏤ HOUSE RULES & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS (FIRM) ⏤
We love hosting families and responsible groups! To maintain our 5-star standard and comply with local laws, we require the following:
Agreement & ID: The primary renter (25+) must e-sign our Rental Agreement and provide a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking.
Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security hold is placed on your card 2 days before arrival.
Strict "No" List: We have a strict No Pet policy due to severe owner allergies. No parties, and no smoking or vaping of any kind, no glitter, and no dyes on the property.
Occupancy: Max occupancy is 12. This is a City of Destin law and is strictly enforced.
Noise: We use noise-decibel monitors (volume only; no recording) to protect our neighbors and adhere to City regulations, which designate . Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.
Parking: Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Permits are provided and must be displayed at all times to avoid towing. Being so close to the beach, we would be overrun with beachgoers without this requirement.
⏤ ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE & INSURANCE ⏤
Your stay includes up to $500 of accidental damage coverage at no extra cost to you. This covers minor, reported accidents. Coverage expires exactly at checkout, so any damage must be reported prior to departing in order to be covered. There are some exceptions, such as linens and bedding, and "missing" items.
Because we do not refund for weather, travel delays, or health emergencies, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your peace of mind.
