We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. We work hard to keep the home clean and well-maintained, so it’s disappointing to learn about the stains on the sheets and bathroom floors. We’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team and will do a deeper inspection to prevent it from happening again. Regarding accessibility, we added the elevator specifically to help with mobility, but we clearly fell short on the height of the beds and the bathroom design. We will look into solutions (such as adding sturdy bed steps or grab bars) to make the home more accommodating for guests with mobility needs. The non-functional pull-out bed and garage door are also being repaired immediately. We’re grateful you shared these details — feedback like this helps us improve. Hi Rachel- Where did you happen to find the socks and cobwebs? House cleaner was asking.

So sorry that this was your experience. I’ll bring this up with our cleaner. I’m confused why this is the very first moment that we’re hearing about any issue. That was our cleaning crew driving off after finishing a same day flip of the property for you - not guests. Our standard welcome guest message is to ask our guest to inspect the property for any damage or problems as soon as you arrive and let us know if there is anything we can fix. We would absolutely call the cleaning crew back to clean anything you deemed unsatisfactory as we break our backs for all our guests. But if we’re not told there’s a problem, it’s impossible to fix it after the fact.
