Entschuldigung, keine Wochenenden oder teilweise Wochen in der Hauptsaison.

Dieses Gerät ist ein mit zwei Schlafzimmern in Tower 3. Wir haben andere bei Edgewater 2 und 3br, um unsere VRBO-Anzeigen zu sehen.

Die Master-BR verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Doppelbetten. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa und einen großen Flachbildfernseher für Ihren Genuss.

Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten für Familien, wie einen kontrollierten Eingang, einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, einen 11.500-Fuß-Pool im Lagunenstil (und viele kleinere Swimmingpools, die auf dem Grundstück verteilt sind) mit Wasserfällen, Palmen, exotischen Pflanzen, Blumen, Whirlpools, Golfplätzen, Tennisplätzen (ca. 20), zwei Restaurants am Wasser, Jet-Ski-Verleih, Parasailing, Segeln, Übungsraum, Kongresszentrum, Geschenkeladen, Beautysalon usw.

Über 110 private Hektar und mehr als 1000 Meter der privaten Golf-Front. In der Nähe ist ein Angelsteg, die weit in den Golf. Innerhalb des Resorts befindet sich ein neun-Loch-Par-Three-Golfplatz, der sich durch Lagunen und Teiche schlängelt.

Der Shipwreck Island Water Park und viele Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von einem Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants, ein zehn Bildschirm Kino, Supermarkt, Eisdiele, U-Bahn-Sandwich-Shop etc. Es gibt mehrere Piers in der Nähe zum Angeln und einen State Park direkt an der Straße.

This condo needs some updating for sure. There was a broken chair in the living room, one of the tv’s in the bedroom didn’t have a Roku. Very small tv in the living room, the whole set up in the living room was uncomfortable. The kitchen was bare minimum.Freezer wasn’t making ice in the ice maker or freezing well. Both bathrooms need remodeling badly. Love Edgewater condo. Not a terrible experience, but for the money, I think it could’ve been a little more “up to date”We had a good time. Air works great.

Great place to stay, right on the beach, and really close to a lot of things. I will say that the pillow cases in the primary room seem to not have been washed so I did have to wash them. But other than that really good place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience! Beautiful lodging, easy navigation from the hotel to areas of interest, friendly security, wonderful property.My only dissatisfaction was we had to purchase our own toilet paper and trash bags. No, I did not reach out to anyone for more but was surprised to not find extras of those items anywhere in the unit.

Host was helpful and accommodating. The location, amenities and view were great. The condo was exceptionally clean. The only problem was with the furnishings. The toilets were VERY low and for older persons with weak knees or backs it is difficult to use. The furniture in the living room is worn and saggy - again, not good for persons with knee or back problems. The dining table is extremely tall and awkward to eat from. The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off all the time, even when making just toast. Although i would stay at that property again, i would not want a room like that because my back ached all the while I was there and had to visit a chiropractor 2 or 3 times each week. We actually left days early due to both of us being so uncomfortable.

We went for a dance competition and stayed at Edgewater - The place is beautiful with the most gorgeous views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room.The place is dated and needs some remodeling but it was still very nice to stay at. The beds are creaky and there is a lot of light shining in the bedrooms so bring an eye mask.

Family Spring Break

This was the best stay for my family. The view was beautiful, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms/bathrooms were clean and even an extra storage closet with beach items. The check in was easy and detailed, pool was heated and hot tub was great for the cool evenings. Would highly recommend!

What can I say? The place was run down. The beds were terrible and the springs were broken in the sofa. We only had one kitchen towel. In the bed side table there was a tube of KY jell, not ours. One bathtub had sand in the tub and there were contacts on the floor and rubber bands. The only positive thing was the view. I won’t stay here again.

Love the location!

We love Edgewater! We plan to stay there again, just not in this unit. The master bedroom mattress was terrible. We read a review from last year stating the same problem, but we thought it would have been replace by now. It was not! Otherwise this was a great vacation.

The check in was easy and communication from property manager was good. The condo was clean but beds were not comfortable at all. Beautiful condo and location

The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We did have problems when checking in because they were still cleaning 30 min after we were supposed to be checked in and the cleaning job was rushed with small messes still in the condo. After the first day it was all good for the rest of the week. Great week and a lot of fun!

The beaches and views of the beach were beautiful but the condo was like living in the 80’s and the construction going on the whole time we were there,very loud,don’t recommend for rest and relaxation,other than that I guess it was okay. Over all the property was great. This was our second time staying at Edgewater. The room was decent and very clean. The bed in the master bedroom is pretty wore out. Unsure of the beds in the other room. The light over the dinning room table woild not work. A lot of power outlets will not hold a cord plugged in to it.

Beachfront rental

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. My parents came down and stayed a couple nights with us so the large living area really helped out. Only issue was we had some really noisy people above us that either had kids running nonstop or maybe they were putting in new floors or some type of construction. Great oceanfront and beach view. All in all it was a very nice time. However we went at the end of September and if we had waited until the next week it would’ve been about half the price. So great time but next time we’ll check for lower prices when the summer season is up.

The condo was extremely unkept. From the rock hard mattresses and squeaky beds to the filth everywhere!!! Fixtures in bathroom hanging off wall. Couches and chairs stained. Overall very dirty.
