Air in the bedroom did not work very well and stayed hot. Fire alarms in unit went off everyone we seemed to cook. Overall unit was okay. Resort was nice but listing should indicate that this is for the Leeward and is not directly close to large pool.

We loved how easy it was to get to the beach! Great views. There is a pool at this building but is not a bad walk to the large pool. I like that there is a gym and restaurant on site too.

Loved the DJ at the pool and the Karaoke poolside. While the condo was drab and the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, the overall property was clean and safe. We had a blast and found great places to dine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy check-in. Easy access to luggage carts. I appreciated the early check-in option. This was our 3rd time staying at this property but our first time at the Leeward building and in this particular room. The room was spacious and offered an amazing view of the Gulf. Some negatives: The couch, cushions and pillows were dirty and stained. There was also a lingering urine smell throughout the room. I sprayed perfume multiple times throughout our stay and the smell never really went away. It may have been coming through the AC vent as I could smell it in every area of the room. Our overall experience was great. We love vacationing to PCB.

A beautiful location! The Edgewater property is quite nice. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The view from our balcony is lovely and the balcony chairs are really comfortable and allow one to see over the railing. The unit was reasonably well appointed and comfortable. We liked the sectional sofa.The bed is in need of replacement.

First October Beach Experience

Beach was wonderful and clean! Water temp still warm enough to get in ocean. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. No issues with booking, communication or getting into the condo. Beautiful views and we especially loved the panoramic views of the beach through bedroom and living room! We will recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great little getaway!

Clean and had everything we needed! Loved the updates and walk-in shower. Balcony was nice with big chairs. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was nicely laid out. Bed was comfortable and loved having a secondary bathroom. Communication was quick and friendly. Easy access to beach. Parking was a breeze. 5⭐️’s all the way!
