Grand Champions 1-bedroom on Wailea Blue Course with Private Lanai, Ocean Views!

Welcome to paradise! At a time when there was much uncertainty in the world, we made a big decision to purchase in May 2021, as our lifelong dream is to snowbird in Maui. Until that time comes, we would love to share our home with others.

MAUI IS OPEN AND WELCOMING — and eager for your travel business! Despite some rumors, short-term rentals are still legal, and the island and its people want your patronage to help sustain the economy. Please come!

Located at Grand Champions Villas, this beautiful, well-kept condo, with a front row view of fairway #2 on the famous Wailea Blue golf course, along with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai, makes it the perfect place to enjoy the famous Maui Sunsets while dining on your own private lanai.

Large, one-bedroom unit, 2 full bathrooms with a comfortable sofa bed in living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking your favorite meals while away from home. Dining room table seats 6, lanai/patio table for 4. All the comforts needed to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Air conditioning units in main living area and bedroom. Free wifi, cable, and parking. Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & beach towels are also provided for your enjoyment. 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, lounge chairs & BBQs are available for guest use.

Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance. We love to walk the paved Wailea ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.

We love the quiet Wailea area and the beautiful surroundings that make Grand Champions the perfect vacation destination. We know you’ll love it too.

Very nice villa in a great location. Air conditioning worked great and useful beach equipment provided. We needed to buy an umbrella which we left there. We had several days of heavy rain, but no flooding in this area. Despite the rain we really enjoyed this place and all it had to offer.

The condo has everything you need for a great stay. I was only there to sleep and it was quite comfortable. I travel a lot and the last place I stayed had nothing in the kitchen. This place, I just needed my food. Condo was very clean and host very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

That is our goal...to make our guests feel comfortable and more like they are at home, only with a wonderful view and pleasant weather:) If I can't cook my go-to meals that I cook at home in this kitchen, I quickly add the items needed to the kitchen buy list and try to keep it up to date. Great trip and home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit for our vacation. The sunsets from the patio was wonderful we had plenty of room to spread out We would gladly stay here again.

Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for nearly 30 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to and never gets old.

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided to make a purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 1 bedroom, and also a 3 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here all together. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the amazing views, amenities, location, upkeep of the complex, and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.

We plan our days around dinner on the lanai at sunset! You won't find a more peaceful and relaxing location. You have access to two beautiful pools, BBQ grills, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. This location has EVERYTHING!
