MAUI IS OPEN AND WELCOMING — and eager for your travel business! Despite some rumors, short-term rentals are still legal, and the island and its people want your patronage to help sustain and rebuild the economy after the horrific Lahaina fires. Please come!

Wailea is truly a piece of paradise. We have visited this beautiful island for the past 25 years, and finally decided to invest in our own property, where we can someday retire and enjoy island life. We've stayed around the island but searched out the perfect place so that you don't have to!

Located in the Grand Champions Villas, this condo/villa (#69) is situated on the Wailea Blue Golf Course #2 Fairway, with amazing ocean views! We know you'll love the scenery as much as we do! Breakfast, coffee, and/or dinner on the lanai (balcony) is one of our favorite pastimes! With all of the kitchen amenities needed to cook a meal or grab takeout from some of our favorite local restaurants, you can dine on the lanai while enjoying the incredible Maui sunsets each evening.

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. A/C units in each room, free parking & wifi. Washer/Dryer, 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, beach chairs, toys, & beach towels provided for your enjoyment. Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance to an ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining while still avoiding the crowds.

The condo has received a near-total facelift -- new paint, carpet, trim, and blinds; new local art work and furniture throughout; even a new 65" smart TV to enjoy your favorite movie or sports event; beautifully updated bathrooms; and new appliances in 2025.

We would love to share our villa with you and your family. Great memories will be made while visiting Maui, and like us, you will want to return year after year.

Wonderful Time

We stay here with our two kids and grandparents. We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was centrally located within the facility (we had family staying in another condo nearby) and it was so easy to access both pools. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Perfect condo and very nice location on Maui. Check-In was super easy. We got a lot of instructions and useful hints from the landlord in advance. We used the kitchen, which was perfectly equipped. Sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset was beautiful and relaxing and also the pool was super nice. Really nothing to complain, we can recommend the condo by 100%.

This condo had everything that we needed. It was exactly as it was described in the listing.Perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, and other day trips. Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for nearly 30 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to.

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided this was the year to make the purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 3 bedroom, and also a 1 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here in the future. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the value, upkeep of the complex and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.
