Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- One mezzanine bedrooms with one double bed and one single bed;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for 1 person (very comfortable 20 cm thick mattress) to relax after a day of walking
You will particularly appreciate its calm and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, washing machine, oven and free parking in the street of the building.
The apartment is located near the Gentilly RER station (6 to 7 minutes on foot) which allows you to reach the center of Paris (Notre-Dame /Châtelet-les-Halles) in 20 to 25 minutes.
You will find an "Intermarché SUPER" at 2 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases.

## Emplacement
Arcueil is a municipality in the Val-de-Marne region of Île-de-France, located about 15 km from Créteil. Arcueil is also part of the Metropolis of Greater Paris, which has 130 communes, including all those of the Petite Couronne and 7 communes of the Grande Couronne.crossed by the Bièvre river, Arcueil also belongs to the Community of Communes of the Val de Bièvre, with the communes of Cachan, Fresnes, Gentilly, Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, L'Haÿ-les-Roses and Villejuif. The town has a historical heritage of great interest, as evidenced by the aqueduct bridges of Arcueil and Cachan, the first building of which, the aqueduct of Lutetia, was built in the Gallo-Roman period at the end of the 2nd and beginning of the 3rd century, the house of the Guards or the church of Saint-Denys.
