Beach is only a short walk away and the pool has a view to the ocean right in front of the building. Shopping mall right below the building too! This is a spacious one-bedroom apartment that includes one king bed in the main bedroom which can be separated and form two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. A full high end bath with hot shower and a kitchen with everything you need for your stay. There is a pool in the 12 floor with an incredible view over the ocean and the Walled City to the right. This is a space that is best suited for couples, small families or some friends who want the best place for spending their days in beautiful Cartagena. The building also has a shopping mall right below it. You don't have to leave the building to enter one of the best shopping malls in the city with a great supermarket to shop for your groceries. Registered guests can enter the pool area without any problem. The gym will be available shortly due to COVID-19. Only the registered guests can enter the building. No additional visitors are allowed. Upon arrival I will make sure everything is perfect for your stay, me and my staff will be at your entire disposition 24/7 The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín. Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 7-10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center. When you register you will be given a bracelet. Please do not remove this. If you loose it you'll have to pay $20,000 for each bracelet lost. Only people registered in the apartment will be the ones allowed in the building. To register someone you must send me full names 24 hours before arrival.
