Central Matunuck Bungalow

The Bungalow is located in the heart of Matunuck with close proximity to local beaches, surf breaks, salt pond and local businesses. The house itself is cozy and offers additional outdoor space with it`s front and back covered porches.

This two level house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main living area consists of a living room, kitchen and large bathroom. It has two covered porches, one off the kitchen with a grill and dining table and the other off the front of the house. The front porch offers comfortable seating and cooling ocean breezes from across the street.

Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels.
If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.

LINENS

Guests staying at the cottages are asked to provide their own linens, including:

Beach Towels

Bath Towels

Hand/Kitchen Towels

Bedding - sheets & blankets (the house has two full sized beds)


PAPER PRODUCTS & MORE

Guests are asked to provide their own paper & plastic products. While we are happy to provide a starter pack (1 or 2 of each item) we do not supply enough for the full stay.

Toilet Paper (septic safe please!)

Trash bags

Dish soap/sponge



PARKING

The house has a driveway behind the house that is big enough for 4 vehicles.


THE BEACH

Our guests will be provided a parking pass for the South Kingstown Town Beach, once there the beach is free to walk on.
