We truly enjoyed everything about our 5 night stay. The location can’t be beat with a beautiful ocean view, private beach and easy parking. The kitchen & laundry had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Barbara was quick to respond and also provided some great local helpful hints. We would definitely stay again.

Lucky to stay here again!

Perfect spot! Everything is as promised. So relaxing to see the ocean all day. Nice layout, easy to get places - we walked to ice cream and town beach. Town bars were hopping, but you wouldn't know it from this quiet and private spot. I hope to return again!

Cottage A and B are wonderful!

We stayed for 2 weeks, 1 week in Cottage A and 1 week in Cottage B. Both cottages were great. Very clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. Better than the pictures shown. The host was extremely accomodating and kind. We will be back next year for sure!

Fantastic in every way!

This house does not disappoint! The location and view are spectacular. The outdoor living space is comfy and cozy with multiple options. Great restaurants and a farm stand nearby. Everything in the house is as-advertised and we can’t wait to go back :)

Beautiful home with incredible views!

This home is spotlessly clean, updated, and in a great location! Incredibly well taken care of and decorated. You can NOT beat the ocean views (pictures truly do not do it justice) and the beach access path is so convenient. We also received tons of helpful communication from the owner that answered any questions we may have had before we even thought of them. Check in/out was a breeze. We’re hoping to stay again in the future!

We loved this beachfront cottage! It was charming, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation at the beach! The view of the ocean made it hard to leave! Wonderful restful week

This sweet cottage provided everything needed for a wonderful restful week. The cottage was clean and cozy, conveniently located to food, coffee, ice cream and more. The kids spent endless hours on boogie boards in the waves and beachcombing for rocks and seaglass. We would definitely return! Amazing Peaceful sleep

Amazing As Always!

This is our third year staying at this property. My husband and I stayed with our two 5 year olds. The house is big enough for all of us to stay comfortably and it is incredibly clean. The inside is modern and updated. We love everything about staying here. The owner is very nice, communicative and organized. We were given all of the information for the house in a timely manner. I never worried about if we were going to get the information in time. The property is incredible. You can see and enjoy the ocean from the couch. There is a small front yard that the kids were able to play in while we lounged in the chairs on the porch. The front yard is a very peaceful place. You can see and hear the ocean from the patio and the deck. The beach is steps away and quiet. The location of the property is great too! We went and visited Mystic (40 minutes) for the day, went to Newport (30 minutes) for the day, and the Roger Williams Zoo in Providence (45 minutes). There are many great beaches around and fantastic food! 10-15 minutes (or a short walk) from top restaurants in the area. The pizza place a few steps away from the house was very convenient when we didn’t want to cook. This is our favorite spot to vacation and we hope to be able to come here for a long time. I would highly recommend this property! Everything about it is perfect!

Living with the Ocean

This beachfront cottage is better than you can imagine . You get to see & hear the ocean waves from inside & out. It's like living on the beach and you truly are just steps away! The layout & furnishings are terrific & it's the best location with surfers out every morning. The hostess is Great. She provides thorough information & is helpful and responsive if you have questions or needs. This was my second time to stay here & I hope for many more!!

Cozy Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed the first week of June with our two small children. We didn’t have the best weather but enjoyed the beach and salty air. The house is smaller than we expected. The first bedroom only has room for a queen bed and some cubbies. I would also bring extra pillows because there is only 4 and I enjoy having two pillows. You are paying for the view and access to a private beach which we used every day. The water view is stunning and listening to the waves and playing in the sand made our vacation memorable. It was a great stay. Thank you again!

Wonderful Getaway by the Sea

My spouse and I stayed at this fantastic property for 3 nights for some rest and relaxation. Communication with Barbara, the owner, was excellent and she kept us well-informed with everything we needed to know about our stay. The location right on the beach is amazing! The ocean views and sounds of the surf were wonderful, whether we were on the beach, relaxing in the comfortable chairs on the patio, or sitting inside the cottage looking out towards Block Island. One suggestion to guests is to bring water shoes for wading in the water, as the shoreline is very rocky. The cottage itself was super cute and everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent and we definitely hope to return.

Perfect Again!

This was our second year staying at this property. Everything was perfect like last year. No issues or problems the whole week! The manager was great and very good with communication. My husband, two kids (under 5) and I stayed and had a blast. The beach in front is nice and there are great restaurants around. There are great fishing spots around as well. Everything was very clean. We love this spot and hope to continue the tradition each year.

5-Star Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this location. It’s really very special. You can enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach from the living room and the patio with all the conveniences of home. The beach was beautiful too - nature in its pure form. We grew to love the pebbly beach, which glistens in the sun and forces you to slow down. Also the sunsets are so colorful and magical. I can see why so many young families come here every year - it’s really a classic summer experience and we’re grateful for our stay. We can’t wait to book again for next summer.
