The accommodation accessible by stairs is composed as follows :

On the second floor :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, a sofa and a dining table
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the second floor :
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190)

Outside :
- A terrace with furniture facing South on the second floor

The house is ideally located in Fécamp, in a very pleasant environment, in the Benedictine district. Very close to the beach (200 meters), the port (200 meters) and the Benedictine (200 meters). You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You will be able to park for free in a public parking lot near the accommodation.
- Nearest train station: Fécamp, less than a kilometer away.
- Nearest airport: Havre (39 min by car).
