The guest bedroom (BR1) consists of a Twin over Full bunk bed, closet, nightstand, chest, TV, and a desk with a monitor, perfect for distance learning or working from home. The guest hall bathroom is comprised of a granite vanity, a tile shower with glass doors, and frosted windows for privacy. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located at the end of the hall. The master bedroom (BR2) awaits you at the end of the hallway. It is made up of a Queen-sized bed, chest for your beach attire, TV, nightstands, mirrored armoire, and a desk area, great for applying makeup or working from home. The ensuite bathroom can be partitioned off with the grand sliding door. The spacious vanity allows more than one person to get ready and freshen up and is separate from the large tile walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and frosted windows for privacy. The bathroom can also be entered from the kitchen area. There is an additional alcove sleeping area, not a bedroom, with a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
