This home is decorated throughout with a neutral color pallet of the ocean and sand. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a pantry, a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. The dining table is accommodating six guests with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The living room boasts an overstuffed couch and loveseat, made for relaxing with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) contains 2 Twin size beds, nightstands, a chest, a TV, and a closet. The hall bath is equipped with a vanity and a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and chest. The ensuite bathroom provides a large vanity separate from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room at the end of the hall with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
