Our hosts were very helpful and quite friendly. A couple of issues that were not under the host’s control kept the place in the good category however. Great place with living room and dining room. The bedrooms were good size and the mattresses were excellent. Great pool area and attached pergola offered shade when needed. My concerns were the lack of sun in the pool area during this time of year (February). Due to how the house is positioned, we only had pool sun from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. So snowbirds need to consider their daily schedule for sunshine. The other concern was our wonderful Air Force aircraft seemed to do quite a few flyovers over the home beginning at 8:00AM until dark; with multiple planes flying in formation both low and high. Again out of the owners control.

Everything was fine except the bedroom TV would not come on and the living room TV was missing a few buttons which we think affected channel searching. Having said this maybe we were just to dumb to figure it out. We liked how the pool was heated and everything was clean plus the location at the end of the cul-de-sac and next to a park was nice. If they had a TV in every bedroom it would have drawn an extra star but it would probably have also drawn extra money!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was great for our family (kids ages 11 months, 12, & 13). The pool was a bonus! House is located at the end of the street that also has a small park right next door. Although the house is private, there is a public walkway right next to the house, and quite a few people drive up and park outside the house to use the grass field. We would definitely stay here again as the house met all our needs and was a million times better than a hotel. Shopping/eating is all relatively close. Host was super easy to communicate with.

Was all that we expected. Very relaxing. A few small things might have been overlooked, ie. Kleenex, soap for shower, but that did not in any way diminish the experience. We would book it again.

The pool made this stay in 110 degree plus weather somewhat bearable. Very nice patio and lawn area.The house was very clean and comfortable. Being in a cul-de-sac made the traffic pretty much nonexistent. Nice park next house that would have been fun had it not been so HOT.

Good location, spacious and clean property

Our family was in town for two travel baseball tournaments. The house was spotless, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. The pool was nice to relax in after the hot days. The property is close to highways, shops, and restaurants. The host responded quickly if we had a question. Would stay here again!

Great location but with some issues

This is my family’s 5th time staying here . We love the location and layout of the house . However every time we arrive on day one the pool is not up to snuff . Once again we arrived to the pool water being green with the inside of pool walls dirty . The owner sent pool guy right over and he shocked it but didn’t scrub the sides. Hours after pool guy left the pool pump quit working . From past experience we knew the issue was the filters needed cleaned . Took four more days to get the filters cleaned . After that the vacuum quit . Overall we had to call five times for pool, and for five days our pool was fairly dirty . The house …. We walked into a house that smelled unclean . It had a foul smell from previous guests . Informed home owner who said she would let the cleaners know . It definitely was not cleaned properly nor did it feel or smell clean . Found areas of concern relayed those to home owner. Basically we cleaned a lot so we could feel comfortable staying there . I asked for my cleaning money back but still waiting to hear from owner . We left it immaculate so the next guests are lucky . This property has so much potential. So many Vrbo hosts provide special touches. Don’t expect any with this property. It is reasonably priced with the heated pool not being extra. Guess you get what you pay for . We are going to look into finding a new place to stay which we hate because the layout and location is so perfect for us . But we felt like we just had too many issues.

Great Stay

This property was a great fit for our families needs. It had everything you could want, the park next door was an added bonus. Communication with the host was great - when we checked in the pool filters were clogged and the pool was cold. I texted Colette and she immediately responded and got the problem fixed. We would stay here again!
