Diese Wohnung im dritten Stock des Kona Plaza verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, bietet einen unglaublichen Meerblick und hat die beste Lage im gesamten Kona Plaza. Die Wohnung Nr. 302 bietet Platz für 4 Personen und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett sowie ein Ausziehsofa. Separate Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer! WLAN-Zugang, Waschmaschine/Trockner, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Quarz-Arbeitsplatten, Aufzug und überdachter Tiefgaragenstellplatz!

Es gibt eine RIESIGE Veranda/einen Balkon für deinen Komfort. Entspanne dich und beobachte das aufregende Treiben im Herzen des Ali’i Drive unter dir. (Kreuzfahrtschiffe, Ausflugsboote, Auslegerkanus und Fischerboote – all das kannst du von dieser Perle einer Veranda aus beobachten.) Kona Village schließt um 21:00 Uhr, sodass du nach neun Uhr von der Veranda aus nur noch die Meereswellen hörst.

Diese perfekt gelegene Perle bietet alles, was du für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen oder mehreren Monaten brauchst. Das ist genau die Art von Lage, bei der du in Kona eigentlich gar kein Auto brauchst.

Wow! What a nice place to stay! The hosts were very accommodating, especially when we experienced trouble with the sliding glass door lock. They resolved it quickly. My thanks to Valarie as she has patiently guided me through some confusion! We loved the lanai and the pool! The underground parking was under construction but was easy enough to negotiate. The only drawback was the sofa bed….so terribly uncomfortable! Even with the foam padding. We will be staying here again.

The location was great!! Close to all the shopping, restaurants, beach and pier. The was photograph of the view was bit deceiving. You will get the water view, but you will also get a view of a very ugly rooftop too! The amenities were great: Two ice chests, two portable beach chairs as well as beach towels, this was so nice. The ability to lock yourself out on the lanai should be corrected by the owner, instead of putting up a warning sign that you will be charged if you get locked out.

Regarding the view, the unit does offer an ocean view as shown in the photos, though views can vary slightly depending on where you’re standing on the lanai and surrounding buildings in the area. We appreciate your perspective and will review the listing photos to ensure they accurately represent what guests can expect. Thank you as well for mentioning the lanai door. The sign is there simply as a precaution since the door can lock if closed from the outside, and locksmith call-outs on the island can be very costly. That said, we will share your suggestion with the owner to see if there may be a better long-term solution. Mahalo again for your feedback and for staying with us. The condo itself had a few things that needed to be addressed but was mostly clean and stocked with everything needed. The shower head could not be moved or water sprayed out from the wall, the bathroom vent had a thick layer of dust so didn’t work well, the dishwasher rack was broken and the slider to the lanai might lock you out if instructions are not followed. Some of the dishes were not clean and although the checkout instructions stated to clean the dishes the cleaners need to recheck and make sure they are actually cleaned by prior tenants. The building is trash. The underground parking and building has jacks holding it up and I was told by owners that only around 11 permanent residents live there and the rest are rentals. Because of this they don’t have the money to actually fix the structural problems and it seems as if one strong earthquake might drop the entire building. Luckily one of the elevators worked while we were there because carrying luggage and cases of water up 3 flights of stairs would not have been possible. The second elevator was broken and there were no signs of anyone there to fix it. I would not rent in this building again

We appreciate you bringing the maintenance and housekeeping items to our attention, including the shower head, bathroom vent, dishwasher rack, lanai slider, and dishes. These are all items our team can address, and we agree that dishes should be checked by housekeeping regardless of the checkout instructions provided to departing guests. We do want to clarify the comments regarding the building’s structural condition. The building is governed and maintained by its condominium association, and structural matters are handled through the association and appropriate professionals. We would not want future guests to interpret speculation from individual owners or residents as a professional determination that the building is unsafe or at risk of collapse. If there were an official determination that the building was unsafe for occupancy, we certainly would not continue accommodating guests there. We completely understand that the building itself and the elevator situation affected your overall impression, even though those common-area matters are outside the individual condo owner’s and our property management company’s direct control. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will focus on the items within the condo that we can address directly.

Property was as described with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, comfortable bed and a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great location in the middle of downtown making it easy to walk to multiple stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and communication with the property management company was easy with quick responses. The only downside was a musty smell.

Knutson Is Awesome!

The property is managed by a great local real estate company. The unit is extremely clean, everything is perfect, and the person we had staying in there loved it. There's no need for a rental car since it's right in Kailua town, but the ability to park a car is easy. Parking lot going through some construction, but that didn't affect anything. Would highly recommend any unit through Knutson!

Perfect Location!

We were here for 2 weeks and this was a great base for sightseeing and relaxing. You could stay here without a car and walk to shopping, restaurants and beaches.We rented a car because we wanted to drive to several locations on the island. There is an underground parking garage and elevators. It has a beautiful view of the water from the balcony to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Knutson & Assoc were amazing to work with from the beginning of our rental process. Their instructions were clear and easy to follow. They checked in on us after arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough nice things about Knutson! Thank you for a great vacation!

Views of the ocean and main tourist street

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and tidy upon arrival. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for meals we cooked using the well-equipped kitchen. We could walk out of the back of the building on to the main tourist street where there are restaurants, shops, and attractions. We were able to park in the garage although it was under renovation and lacked sufficient lighting. Beware that the building HOA has onerous stipulations reinforced by stiff financial penalties ($100-$200) concerning parking, parking pass display, registration, key loss,and lanai appearance. The condo managers at Knutson do however constantly remind you of the rules and fines. It helps to avoid being fined I admit, but I felt we were living in a police state. Knutson was fine but I had difficulty understanding some of the billing practices. I was told the bill auto-populated and charged me for renter's insurance I did not request. Watch out for the 3% credit card fee too.

Door to the patio was left open with AC off, so the room was 90F when we arrived.Main A/C does not work but we were not told that up front. Instead there is one small AC in the main room and one in the bedroom. The remotes did not initially turn them on and instead they had to be manually turned on at the unit. Normal expectation would be for the A/C to be on at least at 80F prior to arrival with the patio door closed.Pool was closed but we weren't told until 2 days before arrival. No discount offered and the alternative provide was a public pool (give me a break!).Parking garage is a construction zone with lots of support scaffolding. Makes you wonder if the building was in danger of collapsing.It was not made clear where the best place to park is. Given there are two different elevators parking location is important.The elevator requires a key to get down to the parking level but only to go down and only to the basement level. Going up is no problem. This is just stupid.Door to the patio was left open with AC off, so the room was 90F when we arrived.Main A/C does not work but we were not told that up front. Instead there is one small AC in the main room and one in the bedroom. The remotes did not initially turn them on and instead they had to be manually turned on at the unit. First and most importantly, we apologize that the lanai/patio door was found open with the A/C off, causing the unit to be uncomfortably warm at check-in. That is not the standard we aim for, and we have addressed this with our team to ensure the home is properly secured and pre-cooled prior to guest arrivals moving forward. Regarding the air conditioning, we understand your frustration. The unit is equipped with separate A/C systems (one in the living area and one in the bedroom), and we agree the operation should have been clear and seamless from the start. We will be inspecting the remotes, confirming proper functionality, and updating our guest instructions so it’s easy to use without needing manual operation. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the pool closure and the short notice. Unfortunately, pool access and building maintenance items are controlled by the HOA/building management and can change with limited warning. That said, we understand how important amenities are when planning a stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Everything was clean and ready to go. Instructions were precise and easy to follow. The host was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating and helpful. Only issue is there was only one roll of TP and 3 tissues in the place when we got there. Host said it was considered a "starter kit" even though we were staying a week. I clean for another VRBO in which we put out at least 3 to 4 rolls of TP and 1 to 2 boxes of tissues regardless of the length of stay. We were able to go to the store the next morning to stock up on paper supplies. Other than this, it was a very nice place to stay.

Apartamento bem equipado, com cozinha completa, máquina de lavar e secar roupa. A limpeza estava ok. Check-in e check-out rápidos e eficientes. Vista para a Kailua Bay (vista pòr do sol). Não pudemos acessar a piscina, pois estrou em reforma 1 dia depois da nossa chegada.

・代金支払済みなのにチェックイン直前の契約書類サインは煩雑です。支払時に完了すべきです。・バスタブなのに適量の半分程度で冷水になる。バスタブではありません。この２点を除けば、最高のコナの景色とフル装備のキッチンがとても素晴らしいお部屋です。
