Luxurious Condo - Wonderful Ocean Views - in the Heart of Kailua-Kona

Relax and pamper yourself in this well-appointed condo with wonderful ocean views. This is NOT your average vacation rental! Granite counters and tiled floors throughout, a super-comfortable king sized bed, and stocked with many amenities to make it feel more like your island home-away-from-home.

We are close, but not too close to the many shops and ocean front restaurants on Alii Drive. (A very short walk without being right on Alii Drive). The farmer’s market is just around the corner where you can find fresh locally grown produce five days a week. Directly across the street from the market is a lovely ocean-front park.

A Âœ mile walk to the sandy beach by the King Kamehameha’s Beach Hotel and Kailua Pier, the start of the Ironman Triathlon World Championship. By the pier you can rent stand-up paddle boards or take the 5 minute boat ride to the Atlantis Submarine tour.

Fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils and appliances, including a blender, rice cooker, toaster and even a waffle iron to satisfy the gourmet chef.

The granite top kitchen bar seats 4 people with beautiful teak bar stools.

The bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite top.

There is free, fast and secure WiFi internet and a work desk with an ocean view.

The flat-screen Smart TV in the Living area has cable with Showtime and on-demand programming. We have a selection of books and games, including guide and reference books for Hawaii's birds, fishes, trails, etc.

We have beach chairs, mats, umbrella, boogie board, coolers and so forth for you to use during your stay!

With the fresh Ocean breezes and new overhead fans, most guests will never choose to use the included Air Conditioning, but it's there if you need it.

Tolle Lage. Ein kleiner Spaziergang und man ist an der Promenade; 2-3 Minuten sind SupermĂ€rkte mit dem Auto erreichbar.Angenehme und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermietern Es war alles sauber. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Das Bett ist seeeehr bequem und groß.

Week long trip spend mostly on the beach. Beach isnt a walking distance from this location but you have a spot for a rental car. We used uber for the 10 min ride the magic sands. Rental has pretty much everything you need to go boogie boarsing, a cooler, snorkels, etc. Was a quiet building and has a nice outdoor set up for reading and having youe coffee. I was able to do calligraphy here and my teenager thought ahe could easily live in this condo. All round great experience.

What a great experience. Joshua & Cara are excellent hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our first visit to the Big Island went smoothly by providing us with information regarding places to visit and travel times. The condo was very comfortable with everything required for our stay, we only had to provide our own food. The location was very close to eateries and stires and easily accessed from the airport.The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking.Our stay on the Big Island was wonderful. We recommend any singles or couples visiting Kailua-Kona consider staying at this lovely home away from home.

we had a great stay, the location of the property was the best part we could travel on day trips with ease..if you want to walk to the shops and restuarants on the waterfront it was a five minute walk ..the grocery store and Wal-mart was a five minute drive up Henry St.The unit had everything dishes to snorkel and beach towels..our favorite was the king bed it was really comfortable..the property was secure and the private parking was a plus..the only thing that could have been better was the shower it could use an update.Overall our experience was good...

Celebrated Christmas in Kona!

We had the best time celebrating Christmas in Hawaii. The location of Joshua and Cara's condo was ideal - not on the busy main road but very close to all of the restaurants, shopping and amenities. Quick walk to the beach and easy driving access to all of the main beaches. Spacious condo, loved how big the kitchen and living area was. Well stocked throughout. The view was excellent. Parking stall being close to the buildings front door was convenient. Very quiet building. Joshua provided us with great recommendations for snorkelling, beaches, and hiking. We would absolutely stay here again.

We came to celebrate my niece's wedding. The location of the condo was perfect for the sunset dinner cruise and wedding celebration. We alsomanaged to squeeze in a visit to erupting Kilauea, the Vanillerie Farm, and Greenwell coffee farmThe farmers market is right around the corner, and so many places are within walking distance for great food, ice cream, and snacks.The house ihas so many thoughtful items available - boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers. The only suggestion would be to add a mat to the slippery tub. There is also a flickering light in the kitchen.Overall, it was a comfortable stay! inkitchenshave ice

Can’t say enough good things!

Joshua and Cara are truly the definition of “above and beyond” as hosts. Their home away from home was cozy, inviting, functional, and comfortable! They provided super clear and helpful instructions, as well as provided amazing recommendations and advice. Their condo had everything we could need including snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and MORE! I cannot thank you guys enough for n making our honeymoon so lovely and manageable. Wonderful location and space

Fantastic stay in the heart of Kona

We stayed here for one week in October and had a great stay. The apartment is ideally located close to the centre of Kona with restaurants, bars and beaches all in walking distance. Convenient parking right outside. Equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable - well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Beach equipment and towels supplied. We loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying views of sunrise and sunset. Friendly and prompt communication from the hosts. We would definitely stay again.

Would stay here every time we are in Kona!

We have stayed in the Kailua Village complex 5 times, with this being the second time in this unit (last time previous owners). This building is solid and we have literally never heard the next door or upstairs neighbours in all our stays there. Kuakini highway is busy but with the doors and windows closed you can barely hear it. Joshua was amazing to deal with and answered messages almost immediately when I had questions. Check in was seamless. The condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We especially liked the provided coolers, beach chairs, and umbrella. There is no better place to stay for Ironman as you can walk to all pre race events as well as the race itself. Parking in Kona is hard to find so this is definite a plus. Listening to the coqui frogs in the evening on the lanai after an amazing sunset never gets old. We also enjoyed the Sunday morning church bells and choir singing. I hope we can stay in this unit every time we come to Kona in the coming years! Maholo Joshua and Cara for sharing your home away from home with us!!
