APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Lots and lots of natural light.
- Air conditioning in the living room and the large bedroom in the back. Please note that the smaller bedroom next to the living room does not have AC, but the sliding door can be left open during the day to get enough cooler air from the living room.
- Double-pane windows in all rooms, for optimal comfort and calm.
- High-speed wifi internet connection.
- Gated residential property, with swimming pool.
- Several parking areas within the property, for residents only (always empty spaces).
- Easy access to the center of Cannes within 5 minutes by car.
- Shops for your daily needs within 3 minutes by car (bakery, café, grocery store, etc...)
The apartment features the following amenities:
- A spacious main living space, basted in natural light and tastefully decorated, which includes:
- A lounge area with a smart TV.
- A dining area with a dining table that fits 6 people (with a bonus view of the sea)
- A large terrace with a tall table for 4 people, an outdoor lounge area with a patio set, and a huge armchair for relaxing with a good book or napping with a good dream. And of course, a magnificent view of the coast line with the famous Lérins islands in the background.
- A separate kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve gourmet meals, or just make great coffee in the trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else?)
2 bedrooms, setup as such:
- The first bedroom, next to the living room and separated by a sliding door, with a king size bed (180cm) and a small dresser to store your belongings.
- A second bedroom, larger and in the back of the apartment, with a king size bed as well, its connecting private bathroom, closet/dressing and more storage space.
- An additional closet/dressing in the hallway.
- A second separate shower room.
- Separate toilets but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either).
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From the gate of the property, you will be able to reach the following points of interests within a few minutes by car, or slightly more if you want to use a bicycle:
- Go to the public beaches of the MIDI and try to claim a spot to stick you beach umbrella and lay down your towels (5 minutes away).
- Choose to visit the private beaches along the Croisette seafront so you don't have to carry all your beach gear. Or you can just take a stroll along the boulevard and go for a ride on the Carrousel or try to race some remote-controlled boats (8 to 9 minutes to get there)
- Walk through the cobblestones alleys in the medieval district of the Suquet, savor some red-snapper filet at Beija Fior's, then go get postcards and overpriced souvenirs for the family back home (5 minutes to get there).
- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time may vary).
- You can also easily reach the town of Cannes La Bocca (5 minutes away), where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and more.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free street parking is available in the same street as the building.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
