Gîte de la Belle Epoque

Located in Brannens, a charming village in the heart of the South Gironde countryside, at the gateway to the Entre-deux-Mers region and the Bordeaux vineyards, our gîte is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends. Housed in the village's former school, fully renovated in 2022, it combines historical charm with modern comforts to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing stay. The gîte comprises a large entrance hall, a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge. You will also find three comfortable bedrooms (two with a 160 x 200 cm bed and one with two 90 x 190 cm beds), one of which has an en-suite shower room. A second separate shower room and a separate WC with a washbasin complete the accommodation. For your comfort in all seasons, the gîte is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day, as well as heating, will be charged extra. Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden with a terrace, green spaces, garden furniture, and a barbecue for spending quality time outdoors. Parking is available directly on the property. To travel light, you can also opt for the rental of bed linen, towels, and the end-of-stay cleaning package (services are extra). The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Nearby, explore the Terra Aventura trail in Saint-Macaire or visit the medieval town of La Réole, located just 17 km away, not forgetting the numerous vineyards, fortified towns (bastides), and natural sites that make up the charm of the South Gironde region. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
