Bordering the Dordogne (6km) and Lot-et-Garonne (10m) departments, it's an ideal place for exploring or relaxing, with its garden and covered 40m² terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. You have access to a private swimming pool (8mx5m) with a fence, a foosball table, a swing, and a slide. Open garage. Bicycles are also available.
