Direkte Ozeanfront Villa / Beheizter Pool & Meerblick

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we respect your comments, we respectfully disagree with several of the concerns raised in your review. Our condominium is professionally serviced by a licensed HVAC company on a quarterly basis, and we take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-presented property. Prior to your stay, the unit had been rented without any reported issues and received an outstanding 10-star review from the previous guests. We would also like to clarify that our website clearly states that beach towels are not provided. It also specifies that coin-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor rather than within the individual unit. For these reasons, we believe that the low rating does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or the information provided to guests prior to their stay. Nevertheless, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely value guest feedback and will continue to strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of our current and future guests. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address these concerns.
