The main living space is bright, open, and designed around the backyard. A wall of glass connects the living room directly to the pool area, creating an effortless transition between inside and out. Thoughtful furnishings, curated artwork, warm wood accents, and polished concrete floors give the home a distinctive Palm Springs character.

The living room offers two separate seating areas: one centered around a 75-inch smart TV, and another more intimate space for conversation, cocktails, reading, or games. The dining area seats six and flows directly into the beautifully updated kitchen, which features a large island with counter seating, double wall ovens, a five-burner gas range, and everything you need to prepare meals for the group.

Outside, the private backyard is the centerpiece of the home. Spend the day in the large pool, unwind in the spa, stretch out on the chaise lounges, or gather around the fire pit as the evening cools down. Multiple seating areas, an outdoor dining table for six, umbrellas, and a gas BBQ make it easy to spend an entire day outside without ever needing to leave home.

The primary suite is located on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, giving it an added sense of privacy. It features a king bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, and sliding doors opening directly to the pool and spa. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.

The second king bedroom also features its own en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, along with direct access to the backyard.

Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the hall bathroom, which features a spacious shower/tub combination. One of these bedrooms also includes a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those combining a Palm Springs getaway with a little work.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are also responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
