FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen area with granite countertops and cooktop stove. French doors open up into a cheerful Dining Room. Half bath, and a bright and sunny, comfortable living room space with access to a spacious private deck.

SECOND FLOOR: Up the stairs will lead you to two charming bedrooms, one with a Full bed and the other a King. Shared between both bedrooms is a beautifully designed full bath with a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Enjoy the peacefulness of the private backyard and the pleasant back deck with peeks of water views.

NOTE: Due to its location on the main road connecting the north and south ends of the island, there is a fairly steady stream of cars traveling past the house at 25 mph. Although a long fence and shrubbery between you and the road create a nice sense of visual privacy, some background road noise is to be expected.
