The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency propose to you to rent, in Saint-Aubert-sur-Orne, this charming house of a surface of 135 m ² and being able to accommodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 600 m². Sheets included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi, sofas and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190), a single bed and a desk.
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and a dressing table.
- A rich private library.

For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful semi-enclosed garden of 600 m² and a terrace of about 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubert-sur-Orne, in Suisse Normande, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Nautical school at the lake of Rabodange. Green beach with secure swimming in July and August.
- Equestrian center at 1,5 km.
- Accrobranche in the vicinity.
- Hiking at the Roche d'oetre
- Sports activities : canoeing, kayaking...

- You can park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate 3 vehicles.
- Nearest train station : SNCF and Argentan Road at 30 km (at about 30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport : Caen at about 63 km (about 51 minutes by car).
