Access to the property is within 30 seconds on foot from the train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps in your street, the Rue des Serbes, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than two minutes:

- Reach the legendary Palais des Festivals.

- Board a train at the Cannes station to visit other jewels of the French Riviera, such as Antibes, Nice, or Monaco.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Metered street parking is available around the neighborhood and there is a public parking, within 5 minutes on foot, offering weekly passes, which our Concierge Service can book for you upon request.

Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
