A third floor ocean front beach condo at Topsail Reef in the point, offering an unobstructed spectacular view of the ocean!
A rare experience on a barrier island, on a ribbon of sand. At low tide you have a beautiful secluded beach to enjoy the water and sand, or look for sharks teeth and shells! At high tide, sit on the balcony, watch for dolphins, or relax and read a book while listening to the the waves and sea gulls!
The tastefully decorated condo has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable!
Our Oceanfront condo is on the third floor, so there are a total of 38 steps to consider. Beach access is on the first floor.
The Beach condo will be prepared for your getaway to begin as soon as you walk in! The bed will be made, towels laid out, the kitchen pantry will be stocked, we have a Keurig with K-cups, everything is there if you want to cook. We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards on the balcony for you to use as well.
Check in and check outs are easy! We will give you a code to unlock the lockbox with the keys to the condo. Parking pass will be in the condo for you to display on your rear view mirror. At the end of your stay just return the keys and parking pass, put the wet towels in the bathtub and we will take care of the rest!
