Vacation in style at this newly remodeled home with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms located in Mesa Arizona. Our home was designed with travelers in mind! Families or groups will love the grass park located across the street in our quiet community. Open kitchen with built in microwave and granite countertops, including large table and island with seating for everyone. Once you've explored all that Arizona offers, come back & sunbathe by the pool(non heated)and grill or sit by the propane fire pit.

Living room:
• We have a large 65 inch WIFI SMART TV (no cable) and live news, movies and sports are available on the CNN, ESPN, Netflix, Hulu and YouTube Apps. Local channels are also available.
• Alexa will play your favorite songs and can change the inside temperature and so much more. Just say “Alexa”
• Board games and extra blankets

Kitchen & Dining :
• We have provided dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, knife set and more for you to use for cooking.
• Large dining room table and island with seating for everyone.
• Built in microwave
• Stove top with oven
• Dishwasher
• Fridge with ice maker
• Purified water system at the base of the sink for cooking and drinking.
• Keurig with Maxwell house coffee pods.

Laundry:
• Washer and dryer are both included (detergent and dryer sheets provided)

Bathrooms:
• We have two full bathrooms. One in the hallway and the other in the master bedroom.
• Black makeup towels: There are three black towels in each bathroom. These are for removing your makeup.

Showering:
• The hallway bathroom features a bathtub with rain head.
• The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with rain head and bluetooth speaker.
• Luxury cotton towels and washcloths provided for showering or pool use.
• Showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

Sleeping: 4 bedrooms
• Three of the four bedrooms have queen sized beds, comfy cotton sheets, 4 pillows in each room and closet space for storage and hanging clothes.
• Master bedroom has a king sized bed, comfy cotton sheets, 4 pillows and a futon that turns into an extra bed. Huge closet with iron + ironing board for your use.
• Fans and heaters are provided for you. (You will have access to the thermostat)
• Queen size blow up mattress available

Pool:
• We have a brand-new pool installed the summer of 2020. Please do not shut off any pumps or pool vacuums. Pool toys are to be removed from the pool or the pool cleaner will not keep the pool clean.

• The pool has a 24-hour floor scrubber always cleaning the pool DO NOT DISCONNECT BLUE HOSE or remove floor scrubber from the pool. Pool toys are in the shed that you may use. Please pick up pool toys once finished and place neatly in the shed.

• I have installed a pool fence; this is for the safety of your kids and guests. Please always watch your kids when they are swimming, no running by the pool, no food or drinks inside the pool.

• Pool toys must be returned to the shed each night and not left floating inside the pool.

Pool liability addendum:
When booking with us you are signing an agreement that you are aware of and assume the risk for yourself, any children, and for all guests or invitees during your stay. Spahn VRBO LLC and President Austin Spahn are not responsible for any accidents caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest party. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spahn VRBO LLC and President Austin Spahn from any and all liability resulting from harm or injury caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest’s party using the pool and/or any equipment.
By completing the VRBO reservation the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with this agreement and will inform others listed on booking of same.
