Thé comments are not true. This guest was requesting every day many things and all fulfilled . Not easy to stagy not honest person. The tow grand kids the son in law were going up with wet shoes directly from outdoor and they left the stains on the carpets . The guests left all garbages stoked in pile behind the house. Wet towels on beds every were with a lot of make up stains on the white towels . I am sorry I gave you a good review I had this feeling from the beginning of your arrival that you are not faithful and you will not appreciate that your extra requests see fulfilled . Note you switch the pool heating from program to permanent work. You kept AC c Wcorking all your stay even when you have been out of the villa. Kids left toys in the pool and be many other issues I did not mention. For me it was a very bad experience to host you but I kept courteous in the review for you because it is my way of life. I have a huge electricity invoice after your departure . It is a big shame your words about my property

Dear Dan You been leaving the hygienic shower opened and you clam the leak it is your wrong way to use it and not to close it after. You distorted the painting with your Owen mistake . Nothing broken in the kitchen. You simply were confusing the roads each time and calling me to find in another village You were calling me three times after midnight claiming no electricity in the villa while you forgot to put the magnetic card in the slot. Even once you called at 24:30 you make me jumping out of my bed to come yo you to find few meters before my arrival that there is electricity every were and you did not even apologise of your misunderstanding You left your garbage every were in and out the villa while my cleaning staff was asking me if a normale human were living in the villa . My outdoor furniture are always the same even I brought to you tow new bleu d’un bed to replace the one you had broken on your first day . It was very stressful and disappointing your stay in my villa

This villa was rented full season from April till today and also till mid October only Luise complained. The cleaning staff passed before and during the stay of luise but this also was not enough. Certainly previous guests walked with wet barefoot on the carpets directly from the pool to the upper floor and left stains, the cleaning staff tried to clean the stain . Not very successfully so we covered the stained parts with extra décoratif carpets. But the personé who likes to criticise will always find a reason. it is impossible to change upper floor carpet in the middle of the season . So I reduced the price 50% . Luise was very happy to book at very attractif price a big villa with pool and stunning view but keep complaining. The pool guy who maintain three times a week the pool noticed a misbehaviour of Luise. Lights on all terrace were left on days and nights, Ac was running non stop in all areas even the doors were opened . Why between 14 family booked this villa, this summer, and rated 5 stars ? only Luise was not happy even all here requests were met . She asked for extra set of seats and sofa for our door, I bought especially for here before here arrival even I had all necessary furniture for comfortable time on the terraces . Extra new sun beds . I regret accepting Louie request for booking.

Dear Rojer Your appreciation are very disappointing . Many other guests gave 10/10 in this villa. Sure the villa is old olive presse renovated to our family holidays villa . Many renovation had been done, but still doesn’t match a 5 stars hotel. You had three large clean bed rooms, 3 towels for each and bed sheets all clean and replaced in mid stay period. Three nice baths large fully equipped kitchen, one salon with ping pong table and one large TV room. All with AC . Large terraces, outdoor wooden high quality furniture you confirmed having passed wonderful time playing ping pong and having very cold beer from my large double door fridge . The pool was regularly maintained 3 times a week. New sun beds were brought to you. Finally your review do reflect only some very little details related to the little defects appears in some walls related to the age of the house which are repaired each year before the holidays season. And you forgot that you arrived after longue period this villa was visited by guests who left their marks on some carpets, cleaning staff could not remove them completely . I assure you that this carpet are to be changed at the end of this season. I can only express my disappointment of your not appreciation of all efforts I made to make your tow families a wonderful holiday
