You will not want to leave this recently remodeled beautiful home with stunning ocean views. This is luxury living at its finest with 2 Master suites among the 4 exquisitely decorated bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. Our personal residence can sleep 10 comfortably with plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space to never feel cramped.

The space
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with with everything needed to prepare big family meals. Enjoy breathtaking views as you dine inside or outside on the comfortably furnished balcony. There is a large grill for your use where you can cook steaks or fresh snapper while enjoying the sounds of the ocean waves crashing below.

A large game room is found on the lower level of our home. A pool table and high definition TV await you as well as another outdoor sitting area to enjoy the ocean below.

If you are concerned about storms or power outages on the island worry no more, our home is equipped with a 20kw generator that keeps power on at all times. If stairs are a concern, you will enjoy using the new elevator that takes you from the main level to all bedrooms.

Do you have work responsibilities while on vacation? Escape to the private office with a printer and scanner available for your use, but be warned, with views of the marina, Caribbean, and El Yunque, your work is easily distracted.

On the third floor, walking into the master bedroom is breathtaking with panorama windows overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the illusion of being in a suite on a cruise ship, surrounded by ocean, whether relaxing in the sitting area or laying in bed. The bathroom is luxury at its best with its unique shower and large walk in closet.

If your vacations include outside adventure you will love this tropical ocean paradise. You will have a secluded beach just a short walk down the street where you can snorkel or swim in the warm waters. If you are adventurous, enjoy using our two 11 foot Stand Up Paddleboards during your island vacation. For the truly adventurous, it is a short hike to Punta Icacos and the hidden cove below.

High speed internet reaches throughout our home including the balconies. Smart TV's allow you to enjoy all your favorite programing while on vacation. Every room in the house has its own quiet inverter air conditioner ensuring everyone's comfort.

Everything has been thought of to make sure your vacation is memorable. Make tropical cocktails with the blender or use the wine refrigerator to keep drinks at the perfect temperature. You will look forward to returning to this Breathtaking Ocean View Retreat!
