Spacious with 106m², it's a wood frame house, built in 2022... It is ideal for a holiday as a couple, or possibly a couple and 1 teenager who will enjoy the mezzanine or hammock on the terrace...
> On the ground floor, a large living room with its American kitchen fully equiped (+/-30m²), master bedroom with 160cm queensize bed, dressing (17m²) and bathroom.
> Upstairs, a huge mezzanine with a TV room, 1 junior bed on a futon and a covered terrace with its hammock.
> As for the garden, it is organized in 2 terraces, one shaded, and the other covered with 2 pergolas for evenings under the stars. It is equipped with Chilean and a garden table.
The house has its own independent parking.

The house is at the start of multiple walks, mountain biking & hiking, 2 steps from Faugères for its wine and its hiking mills...
All around an astonishing wealth of heritage concentrated in the same space, of an incredible diversity whether military, vernacular, religious or miller, with superb geocaching to discover all around:), like those of the perched village of Roquessels.
Other ideas, the «Oenorandos» of Faugères, Cabrières or Murviels les Béziers invite to discover on foot the landscapes of vineyards, and to taste the local wines... When hiking meets the vineyard, it is the whole story of a terroir that is told!
Without forgetting all these good small village restaurants with typical southern cuisine...
