*** IMPORTANT *** Our pictures show that screens can be closed around the porch - we had to take these down as pets were tough on these. Pets LOVE the property, so it was important for us to remain pet friendly. The screens are no longer on the tiny house.

Stay in our clean, sweet, one-of-a-kind tiny home. The home is waterfront with your own private peninsula with a sandy area to walk into the water.

The Space:
Although it is a tiny home - it is big enough to be completely comfortable for an extended stay. Most people are disappointed they only booked for a long weekend.

It truly has everything you need.

* Patio and many amenities outside
* Pocket doors to deck off the home. Open the pocket doors completely - close the screens around the deck...your inside and outside becomes one area.
* Patio - No longer has screens but still a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.
* The Donkeys who LOVE your attention. We have been asked to make them official therapy animals.

We also have complimentary Netflix, Keurig, coffee, and the kitchen comes fully loaded with electric cooktop, refrigerator drawers, Subzero beverage, toaster, microwave along with dishes, cups, pots, cutlery and wine glasses.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you like in our the kitchen, swim and fish in the lake, enjoy a morning coffee or drink on the deck, love up on the mini donkeys or walk the trails.

Our main home is located on the property (approximately 1000 ft away) along with the farm house (approximately 400 ft away)

* Orchards with fresh fruit, vegetables, fresh pies, donuts, and pastries.

* Close to gas stations
* Grocery shopping
* Driving distance to colleges, downtown Albany, Regeneron, Amazon, AMRI, racetrack, Lee outlets

Getting Around:
Car for outside the property. Walk, bike, and jog around the property.

Other Things to Note:
Self check in - easily check yourself in once we send you the code to get into the house.

Please remember we take pride in our homes and property. People come here to escape the outside world. We ask that you treat the house, property, and animals with great respect. If a problem arises, we will do our best to take action immediately.
