Camp Kinderhook Lake House

Dieses Haus ist in einer ruhigen Bucht auf Kinderhook See. Es wurde neu in den letzten zwei Jahren renoviert. Und hat eine große alte Zeit Lager Gefühl. Es gibt zwei volle Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, darunter ein Loft mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und das andere mit zwei dreistöckige Betten. 2 Bäder, eines im Obergeschoss, eines im Erdgeschoss. Dieses Haus ist über eine landschaftlich reizvolle 2-stündige Fahrt von New York City und ca. 30 Minuten von Albany. Präfekt für einen Wochenendausflug. Im Winter in der Nähe von Jiminy Peak und Catamount sorgen für eine perfekte Gelegenheit, um Ski oder Snowboard. Das Haus hat auch einen Kamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Wohnzimmer. Draußen gibt es eine obere und untere Deck, ideal für Barbecues und Sommerspaß. In der Nähe gibt Dörfer Chatham und Hudson, perfekt für Antiquitäten und erkunden, mit vielen tollen Restaurants. Mögliche Sommeraktivitäten gehören Kajakfahren, Angeln, Wandern und Golfen. Geeignet für Familien, die einen erholsamen Urlaub. Kommen Sie und genießen alle die Hudson Valley zu bieten hat!

Beautiful weekend family stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our two kids and their spouses, all in town for a family wedding. The cabin was beautiful and very spacious and very well stocked with all sorts of supplies! We would love to return for a longer visit in the summer and take advantage of the outdoor space! A peaceful, beautiful stay on the lake

Best lake house!

Such a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and the two decks are so nice to hang out on playing card games and watching the sunset. The kayaks and paddle board are also really fun. This was the second time staying at this home and we love it so much. The hosts were very accommodating and let us check in early and check out late allowing us to make the most of our stay. Definitely recommend this home and hope we get the opportunity to come again next year!

Wonderful cottage and lakeshore experience

Even better than we expected. A very clean and well-appointed cabin. We were a group of six- two couples and two college age children. Spacious for us all to be very comfortable. We grilled on the charcoal grill and cooked all our meals at home - wonderful kitchen. The outdoor decks and kayaks and paddle boards afforded nice outdoor activities.

What a wonderful weekend we had at Kinderhook Lake. The water was too by low for our boat but we brought our kayak and enjoyed the calm quiet water. Vacay at the lake

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kinderhook Lake House. Initially, there was a misunderstanding about water access for swimming; we misunderstood and thought there was land to water access, but you have to take a boat/kayak/other out into the lake and swim from there or a small island, and from there the water is clean and refreshing. The owners were very sweet when we raised our concern about water access and helped us work through it. The house and view are awesome, and we had many enjoyable hours there.

Sweet spot on the lake

Super charming comfy spot on the lake. Fully outfitted for everything you need. Kayak, paddle board, sun hats, beach towels, bug spray, shade canopy, string lights, and also tons of dishes, cooking implements, dishtowels, etc. It's also super charming and cozy. Every corner of the house has a little vignette that's quaint but not corny: fishing lures, beehive, artist's palatte, oars, books, decor. we'll be back for sure.

Breakfast out on the deck, with a view of the lake

We had a lovely stay in this house and thoroughly enjoyed the location next to the lake, especially having breakfast on the deck. The house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. However, if you are sensitive to smells, you might find the scent of moisture in the house to be a concern. It is most noticeable in the cellar but can be detected throughout the house. If this is not a significant issue for you, then this place is truly wonderful!

We love the lake the mountains and the outdoors...I have rebuilt this house to recreate that old camp feel. one tv and movies for you and the kids.. no dishwasher old school everyone chips in. The main area is set up with a great open feel, so everyone can be together. cable and Wi-Fi
