This property was the best ever. It came with all the supplies anyone could want, all being first rate, and upscale. Water toys were also provided for our enjoyment on the lake. Being basically in the State Park, we felt extremely close with nature and all the tranquility surrounding us. Our host was always available if we had any questions. Can't say enough good things about our stay. We hope to return again.

We had a wonderful stay here for a few days before moving our daughter in at the University of South Carolina. Peaceful, quiet location right next to Dreher Island State Park. Great part of the lake and the house is big and spacious. Great layout. Overall a great house and location and we definitely hope to rent here again

This was our second time staying in this home and it was perfect, just as we remembered! The host is very responsive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking/eating in. The home is clean and well maintained and has the best view of the lake! We will be back!

Great stay on the lake

Family Wedding

Jim's place was exactly what was stated in the listing. The place was beautiful and spacious. There were a lot of extras that he had in the house that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The grounds and being on the lake, with a dock, was great and was able to have family over to enjoy. Jim was a great host and very accommodating! We will look to rent his place again!Thank you Jim!

Don’t Think Twice

If you’re wanting a spectacular view of the lake, that’s close to a boat ramp with all the amnesties and extras you could think of for a whole family with or without kids, or just two — Don’t Think Twice!!! And let’s not forget the most reliable host! This place is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. If we ever come back to this area will definitely stay here again. Thanks Jim!!

Great Stay

Home was as described. Perfect location on the lake with open water in front, dock was perfect for our boat and jet ski. Very close to boat landing which is very convenient. Host was nice and responsive with any questions leading up to our trip.

Third time staying at Jim’s property. Jim is a responsive host. His home is clean and beautifully decorated with amazingly tranquil views of Lake Murray. Highly recommend this for a fun and relaxing getaway.
