- Separate WC.

Upstairs (3 bedrooms accessible via the living room staircase and 1 via the kitchen staircase):
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190).

For even more convenience: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), open from April to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual), fully fenced, measuring 9.5×4m and ranging from 0.70 to 2m10 deep.
- A lovely, south-facing, fenced garden of approx. 1,200 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 80 m² with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- The terrace and parking space are occasionally shared with the owners.
