We propose to you to the rent, in Paradou, this charming farmhouse with swimming pool, of a surface of 156 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of about 1,000 m². We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
In rez of garden:
- A laundry room.
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.

In the upper part of the farmhouse (staircase to reach it):
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, fireplace (wood provided), sofas, armchairs and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and dining area.
- Room 2 : a double bed (140×190).
- Room 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190).
- Room 5: two single beds, sheets and towels included.
- Two bathrooms with shower, one with WC.
- A separate toilet.

Outside :
- A swimming pool of 16 x 6 m, (maximum depth of 3 meters), private, not heated, open between June and September included (Opening dates not contractual), secured by a barrier.
- A beautiful garden of about 1,000 m², closed, facing North.
- Two terraces (one small and one large) with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Paradou, in a very pleasant environment in a private area away from the village, in a quiet area without opposite. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Golf in Baux-de-Provence and Maussane-les-Alpilles.
- Hiking in the regional park of Alpilles, gliding club of Romanin (glider plane) facing the Alpilles massif.
- Events : Photo festival, Vautive festival, Peplome festival, Avignon festival, the Baux de Provence quarry...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly on the property, in front or behind the mas.
- Nearest train station : Arles located at about 22 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Marseille located at about 45 minutes by car.

- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- Stairs between the garden and the main room are steep.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
