You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? Very walkable with restaurants in every direction. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks a couple blocks away.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

A full kitchen provides the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace, from early morning breakfasts to simple dinners after returning from downtown. The dining table creates a natural gathering place where you can enjoy meals together or set up a casual workspace as needed.

Downtown Atlanta places you within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and major venues. Peachtree Center MARTA station is nearby, offering direct access to the airport. Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World Congress Center are all close, making this condo an ideal base for event-goers and business travelers. Paid parking is available on or off the premises, and long term stays are welcome.

Peachtree Center Marta Station is 1 block away. Surface parking lot right next to the building. A parking deck a block away. Street parking is available but hard to find. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
