✔ Must be 25+ to book.
✔ Security Deposit: $150 refundable hold placed 2 days before check-in & released 3 days post-checkout (if no damages).
✔ Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 24 hours of booking to secure your stay.
✔ Identity Verification: A secure third-party verification (ChargeAutomation) is required before check-in.

🚫 NO Smoking Indoors – $500 minimum fine for smoking/vaping inside.
🚫 NO Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings – Strictly enforced. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

🚗 Parking Details:
✔ Stays of 2+ Nights: Free gated parking for one vehicle. (With 48 hour notice only; otherwise you'll have to pull a ticket.)
✔ 1-Night Stays: $25 one-time parking fee (must request 48 hours before arrival).
✔ Additional Vehicle: Must pay to park in the garage or across the street.

🚨 All access fobs & parking passes must be returned at check-out to avoid a $300 fee.

🐾 Pet Policy – Your Furry Friend is Welcome!
✔ Pet Fee: $85 per dog, per stay (non-refundable).
✔ Refundable Damage Deposit: $150 (released post-stay if no damage).
✔ Max 1 Dog (Under 35 lbs).
