Kupuri 26 is a six-bedroom magnificent fully renovated villa in Kupuri. One of the most popular and attractive neighborhoods inside Punta Mita. Its privileged location in a bay offers unique and breathtaking views of the Mexican Pacific. You will be able to feel the ocean breeze from the infinity pool and spot whales while enjoying your favorite drink at the fire pit.

Family reunion

The house is beautifully decorated and spread out. The view is outstanding and the pool was perfect. The staff is friendly and excellent at their jobs. Mosquitoes and a dead scorpion were the only concerns.

Amazing time in Punta Mita

Punta Mita is fabulous. The location of the house is wonderful and so close to the beach clubs. Fransciso was so easy to work with and organized our transportation to/from the airport, activities, car services, reservations, etc. It felt like staying in a nice hotel with the space of a house. The villa's center courtyard is outside and connects to the other rooms. May be better for older kids or going with separate couples. The neighborhood has some construction but don't hear anything at the beach clubs so not bad at all. Thank you for a great time.

Great property, great location, great views and great staff! My only complaint is totally outside of the owner and staff control: the area is booming and there are mega mansions under construction adjacent in every direction! M- F 8 to 6 there’s a lot of construction banging, sawing, etc. But, the property gives you a golf cart for 6 (we rented a second), and access to 3 awesome beach clubs in close proximity with no construction noise. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Villa

This villa is amazing. The views of the Bay are unbelievable. The layout of the open kitchen, dining room, and living area blends with the outdoor lounge and poole - which all overlook the amazing bay. All finishes in the villa are beautiful. The villa staff are excellent. Oralia and Poloma were wonderful. Oralia is an excellent chef. They are both very flexible, welcoming, and attentive. The groundskeeper is also very attentive to all items in the villa. Francisco is very responsive and helped us with many arrangements. We had 10 people including 7 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children under 6. There was plenty of space and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortbale.

Fabulous view & location, wonderfully relaxing

We have been vacationing in Punta Mita since 2014 and knew for this April stay that we wanted to rent a house in the Kupuri neighborhood (near the Kupuri Beach Club) and have several golf carts to empower the driving-age teens in our group to get themselves to The Surf Beach Club and to visit friends staying in the Four Seasons. Kupuri 26 has a lovely view of the bay and a 5 bedrooms very shareable for kids bringing friends. Our group of eight (2 parents + 6 teens) rented 2 additional golf carts (for a total of 3), ate out in town for 5 dinners, had stupendous in-house facials and massages arranged by the concierge Francisco, and enjoyed the luxury of having Oralia and Paloma prepare breakfasts and then leaving in the fridge ceviche and guacamole for us to enjoy at our leisure in the late afternoons. (We prefer to eat lunch out at the beach clubs, where we spend the days, rather than eating in the house.) The one thing that caught us by surprise was having to pay for the balance of all food, activities, etc. - not just the service charge/tips--in cash, not via credit card. We did not bring enough and paid through the nose at USD ATMs in town that charged 9%. Live and learn. We would stay there again!

Excellent location. Very clean.

Property was beautiful. Couldn’t ask for anything more in terms of the property and amenities. We recommend this place for others. The only suggestion I might add is purchase a better grill. The one there is on its last legs. Also, the six seater golf cart pretty much runs out of batteries rather easily. We never went farther then the local town however we had to push it back home on the last day because it ran out of battery on way back.don’t let those suggestions discourage you from renting. I’m confident they will correct the problem. Oh yes and our cook Oreliia and Paloma were the sweetest and most helpful to make our stay a pleasant one.

Beautiful views & great house

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and I would highly recommend it for an adult or adults with teens property. Plenty of space, beautiful pool area and we lived around the fire pit every night! The staff are amazing and we loved them! The one and only draw back of this property was the construction going on all around which was heavy during the week but very light to none on the weekend! Loved Punta Mita and can’t wait to go back!!!

México at its best

We stayed at Kupuri26 at Punta Mita Resort for 8 nights. The house is in a great location, BUT the noise of the three construction sites are definitely a down side. From 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, non stop noise. I suggest spending the day at the Kupuri Beachclub or the Pacifica Beachclub to avoid the noisy days. We never met our home manager Francisco Michel in person, everything is through Oralia, the chef. She cooks great food and the service is excellent. Location, neighborhood and the resort are top class. Just be ready for some big time noise.

Great Girls Weekend!

Amazing staff and chef, wonderful villa with spectacular views. Only hiccup was that the Property manager did not inform us that Kupuri Beach Club would be closed the entire month we were there (apparently its the same month every year), which I feel like should have been mentioned. This meant we needed to try to get into the other PM beach clubs during our stay - and we picked this villa particularly for Kupuri beach club. Make sure to specifically ask before booking! This hiccup aside, we will stay at this villa again in a heartbeat! We can't wait to come back!

We had a blast. The manager was responsive. The cooks were terrific and very engaging. My strong suggestion is to advise future renters that a significant amount of cash will be needed on arrival for groceries, tips, etc. We were caught short and had to wire funds(@8K). Disclosure upfront preferable.

Awesome family vacation to remember. The house was just as advertised with breath taking views. The bedroom arrangements are perfect for 2-3 large families as we were a total of 16. Each bedroom is perfectly appointed with spacious bathrooms and the most comfortable beds. The seclusive Kupuri subdivision within Punta Mita has been my favorite so far after 4 stays in different subdivisions. The Kupuri beach club is a short walk away along the beach and no doubt it was the kid's favorite place to go. Even if you want a private "staycation" within the house to unwind, there is no need to even leave as infinity pool is amazing. Punta Mita is unmatched and is our most favorite place to go to relax !
