This brand new villa in Kupuri Punta Mita, has six beautifully decorated bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people. Along with beautiful panoramic views and an amazing infinity pool, the house has also amenities like fitness room, media room, game room, ping pong table, pool table, alfresco dining, and more!

The rental includes: Daily cleaning, laundry service, chef service for breakfast and lunch, 1 six-seater golf cart and Premier Golf Membership with access to all beach clubs in Punta Mita and both Jack Nicklaus golf courses. You´ll also have your private concierge to help you plan everything before your stay and will take care of all your needs during and after your stay.

This fantastic property is only a few steps from the most beautiful sandy beach in Punta Mita. With breathtaking views of Litibu Bay an Cayeros Mountain, this is the perfect synergy of Mexican beach lifestyle with modern design finishes. The perfect setting to enjoy the serenity of nature, ocean views with plenty of outdoor living space, all just steps from the many various amenities Punta Mita resort has to offer.

I celebrated my 40th birthday and the host and staff were the most welcoming and professional. The chef made the most amazing meals and they were extremely accommodating to everyone's requests and needs. The house is beautiful and is right in the center of the Punta Mita development, i.e., a 5 - 10 minute golf cart ride to both St Regis and Four Seasons. The rooms were exquisite with the majority of them having ocean views and outdoor showers. You can also walk to the Kupuri Beach Club from the house which was a nice feature. The house is extremely safe and private, creating the feel of a private oasis with all the amenities one can imagine. I cannot wait to come back next year!

Awesome family vacation

Our stay at Casa Marias was outstanding/magical. The house and views are incredible. Of course Punta Mita is fun and beautiful. But the real stars were the team at Casa Marias. We had great service from Angie, Caro, Euschio, Yesi, Gaby, Yadi, Zaid and Nono. Special shout outs to Zaid and Yadi; the food was fantastic, every meal, every day. And a very special shout out to Nono. He was attentive to our every need at every turn.

Just amazing…

I can’t recommend Casa Marias enough… not only is the home spectacular (the pictures don’t even do it justice) but the staff is even more spectacular.. especially Roberto, Eduardo and Sandra ❤️ they were the most kind and treated us with such care we felt like family when we left. This villa was an absolute DREAM. I stayed here with a big group of friends for my birthday and it exceeded every expectation. The house was incredible, we couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was, and we have no words for the staff/service. Eduardo was the most incredible concierge, helping me plan every little detail, and the butlers ensured we didn't have to lift a finger while we were there. Everyone was so fun, kind, and helpful. We're all already talking about how much we miss it and want to come back next year. I will be talking about and recommending this house forever!

The BEST family vacation ever!!

The property was absolutely spectacular! From the moment you walk through the spacious front door opening you're amazed at the view of the ocean and beautiful infinity pool and bar area. The villa is beyond amazing and exceeded our expectations! The staff was fantastic! Chef Anna prepared incredible breakfasts and lunches and Roberto, Bertine and Shawn were kind and truly hospidable! The bedrooms and leisure | game | movie rooms were impeccable. Staying at such a beautiful place alone would rate a 10/10, however, the caring staff made it even better. So good

From the moment we walked through the front door of the property we were amazed! I almost don’t even want to share how good this property is for fear it won’t be available to book next time! The pictures cannot even do it justice. Angie was an absolute delight and she helped me plan every detail of our stay. The entire staff was SO helpful. Nono (the bartender) was such a gem. Every member of the staff bent over backwards to make sure our every desire was met. The housekeeping was so good, the entire house was spotless and tidy at all times. The pool was also kept immaculate and a perfect temperature. We all wished we could extend our little trip in paradise! Do not hesitate to book this property! I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Punta Mita Getaway

This property was beyond beautiful. I think everyone in our group had a jaw dropping moment upon walking through the front door to the house and seeing the view of the infinity pool and ocean. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. Eduardo was fantastic at helping us plan our trip. The staff at the house were so responsive to our needs and kept everything so clean. Roberto went out of his way to make sure our kids had their favorite foods and drinks at meals. Driving the golf carts to the beach clubs was such a fun experience. I could truly go on and on about how incredible our stay was. My husband and I have traveled much of the world and our stay at this house is definitely one of our top experiences. Everything was perfect for our group of 13! I highly recommend!

A True Slice of Paradise!

Casa Marias exceeded our wildest expectations in every way! There were 11 of us in our group and this home was the perfect destination for our family celebration. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were captivated by the panoramic views that seemed straight out of a postcard. While the photos in the listing hinted at its splendor, they truly didn't capture the full essence of Casa Marias! What really set our experience apart was the unparalleled service provided by Josue, Carlos, Eduardo, and the entire staff. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. They thought of (and took care of) everything! Each meal prepared was exceptional. True relaxation awaited us at every turn, making Casa Marias the perfect getaway and a vacation experience we will cherish for years to come!

2023 Spring Break

We spend a week in Casa Marias (Kupuri 39) and cannot wait to return! The pictures of the house do not do it justice as the moment you walk up the front steps you are engulfed with 270 degree views of Litibu Bay. Eduardo took care of every facet of preplanning from boat rental to dinner reservations and meal planning at the house. The entire house staff met our every need and we wanted for nothing. Then there is Carlos...This man is simply amazing and made everyone in our entire group feel like family. He showed up every day with such enthusiasm and zeal for life, you could not help but be impacted by his infectious nature. Thanks to the team at Casa Marias - we will miss you all!

This couldn’t have been a better experience. The Managers Sandra and Angelica were angels and extraordinaire at planning out my dream 40th birthday celebration. Food? OH MY HEAVENS! EVERY meal was beyond flavorful, fresh, made to order and beautifully plated. Thank you to You both! Our Bartender / Server NoNo was compassionate, always anticipating our needs, and going above and beyond for the simplest of requests. House Keep staff were likely used to being requested to not be seen or heard bc we never saw them but were soooo appreciative for their daily tidying. The property itself was impeccable. The amount of space, size of rooms, every detail of furniture and design was no penny spared. Simply stunning. Everything was done for us, and we aren’t those kind of people. We were well aware of the amount of service we received before during and every step of the checkout as well. Thank you Casa Marias Staff. We adore you all. You made my birthday perfection.

Friendly & Responsive Staff

Just stayed with three families and had a great time. Home is clean and new. Views are incredible. Staff is attentive and friendly. Eduardo the house manager was very responsive and great to help coordinate any additional services we wanted. He arranged for a birthday celebration, massages, a hair braider, transportation, etc... Bring cash for security deposit to avoid additional fees. Rent additional golf carts through MITA we went through another company and carts were older and didn't work great. Home comes with access to all of the Punta Mita Clubs but as a heads up, most of the clubs have a minimum spend requirement if you want to use the pool lounge chairs and tables. Carlos & Roberto were incredible and made sure to attend to our every want while in the house. They were great with the children and even had special drinks and treats planned for each day. Ana did great in the kitchen, food was good and served promptly. Our group had a blast and would definitely stay at Casa Marias again!
