The pool room heat was not functioning properly and the hot tub does not keep its temperature. The host did quickly address the heating in the pool room.

The pool and hot tub were both fantastic, climate control worked well. The host did a great job of communicating, the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful property, only complaint is that it really needs a thorough, deep clean. For example, a lot of heavy dust/lint buildup on the inside panels of bedroom doors. Otherwise, a great place for a fun vacation!

Great property and location!

Large home with plenty of space for everyone! Nice community and was glad to find out there was an outdoor community pool. Only negative was the indoor pool was too cold to use. Kids played in it for 5 minutes at a time maybe twice. Game room was fun for all ages.

Nice property overall. Rooms were a bit warm but the fans helped. The TVs and remotes in each room were not functional. Kitchen sink faucet was loose.

The cabin itself is very nice. The kitchen, bedroom etc… were well stocked with utensils, extra bedding etc… The cabin could use a deep clean, the walls were covered in dust, the littles feet were black from dirty flooring and there were coffee stains on the chairs and pillows. The bedrooms on the main floor were hot. Granted, we were there during a very hot week but we couldn’t get the bedrooms that were over the pool area cooler than 78 degrees and that made for poor sleeping with toddlers. Fans were purchased but they didn’t help. The upstairs bedrooms were cool and the rest of the main floor with kitchen and living area was also cool. The chemicals in the pool were strong… eyes watering, nose running strong… it didn’t seem like chlorine. Adults were strongly affected so I never let the grands swim… which is unfortunate because the pool was the main reason I booked this cabin.

Amazing location and beautiful views

Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, the house was very accommodating for all of us, the amenities were great for the kids, and we even saw a bear in the neighborhood!! What a great trip and this rental is a place we’ll absolutely visit again.

This Rental was not as advertised

We arrived and found the upstairs A/C not working. The property manager suggested using a TV remote battery for the thermostat, but it was hardwired. He also asked us to check the breaker, which we couldn’t locate—likely behind a locked basement door. He said a repair person would come by 9:30 PM, but no one showed. At 10:30 PM, he said the person wouldn't come that night. With temps near 100F and young kids struggling in the heat, I bought box fans at my own cost. The manager suggested I return them and lie about it, which I refused.We also found a missing baluster and loose deck railing. He claimed it would be fixed the next day and that the A/C would be replaced—though he hadn’t disclosed it was broken. Then, during heavy rain, water leaked badly through back windows and poured in from a shared wall near the kitchen, soaking our luggage. I contacted VRBO, as the property had multiple safety and structural issues and didn’t match the listing. The manager called us complainers and insulted our parenting—despite us having two kids under 5. I hope VRBO ensures repairs are made before this property is rented again.

Best part is the view

Property was used for a quick getaway for my wife’s 50th birthday. Our adult kids stayed with us while other family rented their own cabins in the complex. We hosted a birthday cookout and had plenty of room to do so. Place needs a deep clean. Walls are furry with dust and many spiderwebs throughout. Note theater set up is only tv speakers. All in all, great bang for the buck.

Overall great.

We loved this place! Kitchen was stocked with dishes/cookware. Could use a deep cleaning. Indoor pool was too cold to use but hot tub was great! Great location- close to things. Driveway is a little steep. We will hopefully be back in the future.

Awesome view.

The cabin was nice and comfortable but needs to be dusted. The ceiling fans are layered with dust build up the light over the table has cobwebs and dust on it, and the upper windows need to be cleaned. Other than that it was a great stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

The place was great. The only issue we found was the other guest left underwear in bed so the cleaning lady missed that. And the parking area was a little small for trucks but it worked. The house was beautiful and the view was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Smokey Mountain - English Family Reunion

The accommodation was perfect. Very comfortable and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Ate breakfast each morning in this large cabin to start the day. Return in the evenings and gathered together in the front room to enjoy catching up on old times. Wonderful memories made on this strip. The view from the cabin was awe inspiring. Highly recommended.

This property could be very nice but needs a deep cleaning and some TLC! Quite a bit of dust and cobwebs, just basic sprucing up had been done. Travis was great, check in and out process was very easy!

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our trip, the view was beautiful! Our grands loved the pool. I recommend bringing your own swim towels and kitchen towels. The grill was convenient, the parking- like many of the cabins in the resort, is tricky but roomy enough for 3 vehicles. The communication with the property management company was good.

Bear Country

Nice cabin and great location alot of black Bear with cubs around the cabins. The cabin has a couple leaks when it rains it leaks at the main level door going on to the deck and the windows beside the counter by the stove. We all had a great time and looking forward to renting again in January.
