The apartment boasts a large living/dining room with exceptional views over Lake Annecy. The large glass doors from here open onto an east-facing balcony which is equipped with a bistro style table and chairs- perfect for al fresco dining. From the balcony, which stretches the length of the apartment, you can enjoy panoramic views of glittering lake Annecy, Duingt Chateau and mountains framed by Dent du Cruet (1833 m) and La Tournette (2351m).The living area is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed and two easy chairs. For entertainment there is a TV, iPod Dock, DVD player and a selection of DVDs for all ages. Backgammon, chess, dominos and other games are also available. Wireless internet access.

Leading off from the living room is the open plan kitchen. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, full size oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. There is an ample supply of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pans and all other kitchen essentials.
The dining area is equipped with a round glass-top table 5 dining chairs.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a large double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are well equipped with plenty of storage space in the form of both wardrobes and drawers. Both have access to a west-facing balcony with lovely views of mountains, the popular cycle route and lake Annecy.
The family bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower attachment, separate shower, toilet, bidet, wash-hand basin and washing machine. The second bathroom is fitted with a toilet and wash-hand basin.
