Old farmhouse with pool and magnificient view

In this old stone farmhouse typical of the Causses du Quercy, you'll find all the tranquility of the countryside. You can relax in the swimming pool and enjoy a magnificent view of the Causses. You'll also be able to visit all the region's magnificent sites: picturesque villages (St Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour... ), caves (Padirac, Pech Merle... ). And don't forget to sample the local specialities: foies gras, truffles...accompanied by a fine 100% Malbec Cahors wine, in moderation!
The whole family will be delighted with the swimming pool and outdoor games (pétanque, badminton, molky, mountain bikes and even a free tennis court 2km away).
The GR46 passes beneath the large 1ha plot of land and will be the starting point for numerous walks or trails for runners (GPX tracks available). Last but not least, there's a barbecue to round off the day, and wi-fi with fiber optics to keep the older ones occupied...
The farmhouse was renovated on the ground floor in 2023, while retaining its rustic feel. With its thick walls, the ground floor stays cool even in August. Upstairs, the bedrooms are older but very clean, with bedding in very good condition. There are fans in every double room, mosquito nets on the windows and air cons on wheels if required.
