During winter, only the main house is accessible the second cabin is not available due to weather conditions. Winter occupancy applies to reservations from mid-October through mid-May (sometimes later into May depending on snow). To confirm which dates are affected, please contact us before booking. It is the renter's responsibility to understand occupancy limits for their dates. Failure to review or ask questions in advance may affect your stay.

ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.
